seen in this picture at the Bel Air Hotel.
"While the The World is Watching"
Was there a plan in the works that day ...
Who took the picture and did MJ know that they were
there taking the picture???? Why did Michael turn and wave?
Look at his face, he looks like he is in distress.
Almost looks as if Thome Thome has a gun to his back!
IF EVER THERE WAS A TIME FOR VINDICATION IT IS NOW.
vindication - the act of vindicating or defending against criticism or censure etc.; "friends provided a vindication of his position"
STOP TAPE 1:52 Katherine Jackson talks to Matt Lauer about setting the record straight.

@jermjackson5 Jermaine Jackson i have compassion for those whose denial misinforms them, but this increasing hoax talk is wrong and helps no-one. love you all 4 May via web
@@jermjackson5 Jermaine Jackson it saddens me to read tweets that believe Michael is still alive. He is not. Pls stop hurting yourselves with this false belief 4 May via web
@jermjackson5 Jermaine Jackson I hadn't wished to address this, because I find it hard to accept that people think this way, but... 4 May via web
Jermain decides to bring the hoax out in the public via TWITTER
The mainstream media has never pick up on the story or considered otherwise that maybe just maybe this could all be a hoax and that they have been played. but you can't just do that you need to go through the process of setting the record straight, wiping the slate clean. Clearing MJ's name.
REWIND : June 25th 2009 Michael Jackson has died. the media rushed the story MJ IS DEAD.
I was there I was at UCLA. They had the section all taped off for the Dr. from UCLA to come out and speak, to a massive growing crowd of people that were waiting for answers.
It never happened.
They waited ,crowds were growing by the minute things were happening on the ground all around us. Media were everywhere I had gone with 2 other friends and we were talking to people that were at home by the TV. I was looking at the chaos that was happening out front the hospitol people trying to find out what had happened.
Media were set up, cameras were everywhere... Everyone was waiting for the announcement.
There was alot of confusion. i spotted a news truck I think itwas CNN that was open and they seemed to have info thatthey were going to take the body to the coroners One of the newsreporters ran back over to the truck i watched what she told the guys inside," they are taking him by ground to the coroners lets go before everyone gets the news".
Then the call came to our cell phone They started telling us what they were seeing on TV and we were seeing this craziness unfold here on the ground infront of UCLA
" Look up on the roof " yes on the roof there is a helicopter it's getting ready to leave and has Michael ' Jackson's body... So what happened to Michael Jackson 's body?
Jermain made the announcement with Dr. Thome Thome Introducing him at the podium , remember that.
Uploaded by UCLA on Jun 26, 2009 Statement on the death of Michael Jackson by Jermaine Jackson and Michael Jacksons personal physician, Dr. Tohme. Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, June 25, 2009.

The greatest comeback tour was schedule to begin July 13th 2009. What will happen on that day come July 13, 2011 under that Hollywood sign that sits above Hollywood Hills!!!
fSony / ATV says it has an offer to buy WARNER MUSIC Submitted By Music Director .
Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC, owned by Sony Corp. (SNE) and Michael Jackson’s estate, submitted a bid for Warner Music Group Corp. (WMG) ahead of yesterday’s deadline, two people with knowledge of the auction said.
Sony/ATV made a joint bid with billionaire Ronald Perelman and Guggenheim Partners LLC, said the people, who weren’t authorized to speak publicly.
Warner Music yesterday called a board meeting with the aim of picking a buyer in 48 hours, people said then. The entry of Sony/ATV increases the number of known bidders to three after billionaire investor Ron Burkle decided to walk away last week. Len Blavatnik, a former Warner Music director, and brothers Tom and Alec Gores also submitted bids ahead of the deadline, people familiar with the offers said yesterday.
Sony/ATV’s bid is in the $3 billion range offered by Blavatnik and the Gores brothers, one person said. The company, headed by Martin Bandier, is interested Warner Music’s publishing business, while its partners are focused on recorded music, one of the people said.
Will Tanous, a spokesman for New York-based Warner Music, and Liz Young, a spokeswoman for Sony Music in New York, had no comment.
Christine Taylor, a spokeswoman for Perelman’s MacAndrews & Forbes in New York, didn’t respond to requests for comment. Jeffrey Kelley, a spokesman for Guggenheim in Chicago, declined to comment.
Warner Music, which began seeking offers in January, fell 3 cents to $7.37 at 4:15 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading.
The stock has climbed 31 percent this year.
Ownership Breakdown The record company, home to artists including Cee Lo Green and the Black Keys, has long-term debt of $1.94 billion, according to company filings.
Eight of Warner Music’s 13 directors are executives of Thomas H. Lee Partners LP and Bain Capital LLC, two Boston-based private-equity firms that together hold 51 percent of the company’s shares, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Providence Equity Partners owns 8.3 percent and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Edgar Bronfman Jr. owns about 7 percent.
Alex Jones exposes the contrived “victory” in the War on Terror surrounding a man who many experts have said was already dead for years.
MAY DAY MAY DAY
After nearly a decade of “hunting” for Bin Laden, he is summarily shot in the head and allegedly dumped into the ocean (conveniently making the body unavailable). So goes the official life of Osama bin Laden (aka Tim Osman), one of the CIA’s most useful patsies and assets.
A multitude of different inside sources both publicly and privately, including one individual who personally worked with Bin Laden at one time, told us directly that Osama’s dead corpse has been on ice for nearly a decade and that his “death” would only be announced at the most politically expedient time.
That time has now come with a years-old fake picture being presented as the only evidence of his alleged killing yesterday, while Bin Laden’s body has been hastily dumped into the sea to prevent anyone from finding out when he actually died.
In April 2002, over nine years ago, Council on Foreign Relations member Steve R. Pieczenik, who served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, and James Bake, told the Alex Jones Show that Bin Laden had already been “dead for months”.
Pieczenik would be in a position to know such information, having worked directly with Bin Laden when the US was funding and arming the terror leader in an attempt to drive the Soviets out of Afghanistan in the late 70′s and early 80′s (a documented historical fact that talking heads in the corporate media are actually denying today in light of developments).
WHERE IS HIS BODY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xC7C322MRc&feature=watch_response Alex talks with retired Pakistani Army three star general, Hamid Gul.Gul claims that it is wrong to say that the Pakistani government or the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) had been harbouring Al Qaeda leader and 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden.
Final buyout bids for Warner Music Group are due on Monday and the company could be sold by the end of the week in a deal valued at over $3 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The third round of bids is led by two competing financial groups Len Blavatnik's Access Industry and a joint bid by Tom and Alec Gores' Platinum Equity and Gores Group, according two people.
Michael’s MiJac Publishing has been administered by Warner Chappell, part of what is now Warner Music Group.
MiJac includes not only Michael’s hits that he wrote, like “Billie Jean” and “Beat It,” but a vast number ofother hits including those of Ray Charles,Curtis Mayfield, and Sly and the Family Stone. Value: $130 million
Jackson's music publishing company, Mijac, is administered by Warner/Chappell. Based on a reported value for Mijac of at least $75 million in 2005, Billboard estimates Mijac currently has a value of around $150 million. At that value it generates about $25 million per year in revenue.
In the last 12 months, according to sources, that number could have doubled to as much as $50 million. The Warner Music sale process is taking place against a backdrop of ongoing declines in music sales as executives struggle to figure out new business models to guarantee the future of the industry. While Warner Music continues to generate reasonable levels of cash on its balance sheet -- a key metric for investors -- it will still be seen as a risky investment in a very tough market.
Two weeks ago the second-round bids came in around $3 billion according to three people who asked not to be named as the process is confidential. Ron Burkle's Yucaipa Co, dropped out of the bidding late last week.
Matching bids from two major music names fell short of what Warner's board was looking for from strategic buyers in the second round but there is still a chance that rival music companies will be involved at a later stage in picking over some of Warner Music assets.
While the final round bids are due early this week, there is no certainty a deal will get done,
The AEG contract was signed using his (MJ) own company and catalogue as collateral .
this is something they have brought up in the courts most recently and wish to discuss. Chernoff talked about it in details Copy here:http://tinyurl.com/35rfwyj
Rowe: This promissory note from Michael Jackson Company, LLC and Michael Jackson, the artist, required Michael to pay the principal amount of the note, in full on the maturity date as defined above to be about six months after the first leg of the tour in London, but not later than December 31, 2009. (whichever comes first), or six months after written request is received from AEG by Michael Jackson or his company.
So if the promissory note is for any reason not paid or defaulted upon, the assets of the Michael Jackson Company, LLC get forked over to AEG.
In other words, owning Michael Jackson Company, LLC and/or its assets, means owning Michael Jackson. (Rowe, Pg. 173)
Alloco, Leonard Rowe, Joseph Jackson were among those who together tried to derail Michael’s deal with AEG Live and get “control” of the concerts. http://www.showbiz411.com/?s=leonard+rowe
After Osama Bin Laden was killed by US forces and his corpse retrieved by US Navy Seals, it was quickly buried at sea in accordance to Islamic practice. (Before the burial, the US took DNA evidence and confirmed that the body indeed belonged to Bin Laden, according to ABC News).
If he wasn’t buried according to Islamic practice, Islamic extremists would have more fuel to accuse the US of disrespecting Islam and waging a religious war against it.
