ASBURY PARK -- Henry Vaccaro's phone started ringing today
at around 5:30 p.m. and showed no sign of letting up as the
night went on. Michael Jackson was dead and Vaccaro was
suddenly sitting on a gold mine.
After a lengthy legal battle with the Jackson family earlier
this decade Vaccaro, the owner of Vintage Pop in Asbury Park,
managed to win a trove of Jackson memorabilia, including roughly
60 unreleased master tapes from the King of Pop, containing early
demos never before heard by the public.
"It's the real Michael Jackson -- when he was 14, 15 years old,"
said Vaccaro said, who was fielding calls from the media, lawyers,
agents and collectors.
Vaccaro has had a long and turbulent relationship with the
Jackson family since the late 1980s. He first met Jackson's
father, Joe, after the family expressed interest in buying
shorefront property in Asbury Park.
Vaccaro said he had first met Tito Jackson in the 1980s when
-- as part owner of the Kramer Guitar company --
he would make him custom guitars.

There’s a new man in Katherine Jackson’s world.
Or make that, Mann.
Howard Mann is Mrs. Jackson’s new business partner.
He tells me bought the assets of Henry Vaccaro out of bankruptcy,
including the New Jersey warehouse filled with Jackson family
memorabilia. The warehouse included many personal items from the family including letters and some things that might caused embarrassment had they made it into an auction.
Mann quickly contacted Mrs. Jackson and made a deal with her.
He returned personal possessions, and in exchange started to
develop projects. The first is Mrs. Jackson’s book of photographs
coming this Monday, called “Never Can Say Goodbye.”
The book will be sold through a website called http://www.jacksonsecretvault.com./
Check out the video on here. Michael Jackson's Secret Vault
The story behind the secret vaults...were these the same men moving Michael Jackson's belongings out of Carolwood, Sept 10, 2009. Here's one of the pictures from that day that was never released. The men at the table with the list of the belongings said to have been working for the Estate of Michael Jackson?? They even went to the extremes of getting a judge on the phone.
These men wanted their items..he had a search warrant.
Is there a connection here? Were these men pictured above at Carolwood Sept 10th? If so, who has authorized them to take Michael Jacksons Belongings? As the Story continues to unfold.

You ask who is Oscar Grant: This is who he is...
The BART Police shooting of Oscar Grant was a fatal
shooting in Oakland, California, United States, in
the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2009.
Responding to reports of a fight on a crowded Bay Area
Rapid Transit (BART) train returning from San Francisco,
BART Police officers detained Grant and several other
passengers on the platform at the Fruitvale BART Station.
Officer Johannes Mehserle and another officer were
restraining Grant, who was prostrate but resisting arrest.
Officer Mehserle stood, drew his gun and shot Grant once
in the back. Grant turned out to be unarmed.Grant was face
down on the ground Handcuffed.
NOTE: You can see the footage in the video above.
Grant was pronounced dead the next morning at Highland
Hospital in Oakland.
The events were captured on multiple digital and cell
phone cameras. The footage was disseminated to media
outlets and to various websites, where it was watched
hundreds of thousands of times.
The following days saw both peaceful and violent protests.
Oakland civil rights attorney John Burris filed a $25
million wrongful death claim against BART on behalf of
Grant's family .

" THE GRANDE MONOPOLY "
WHO WILL CONTROL THE MUSIC BUSINESS
The head of AEG, Live Nation’s main competitor,
blasts the merger in a chat with Billboard’s Ray Waddell:
[Anschutz Entertainment Group president/CEO Tim]
Leiweke pointed out that Live Nation produces two-thirds
of concerts held at the country’s top 50 arenas and top 50
amphitheaters, and that Ticketmaster accounts for 94% of
the ticketing. “This merger won’t create a new idea on how
to sell more tickets,” he said. “It’s all about the bottom line.”
And Front Line Has it...
Forbes: Live Nation spent over $200 million signing
artists like Jay-Z and Madonna to so-called 360 deals.
A single entity running the entire process from signing up
the talent, to staging of the concerts and selling the tickets –
would stifle competition. This would work against the fans
in the longer term, no matter what innovations were on
offer initially. Asked if there was a potential conflict of
interest when the management company is trying to get
the best concert deal out of the promoter and both are
under one corporate umbrella, both Azoff and Rapino
We run a very decentralized operation [at Front Line],
our managers make those decisions with their artists, the
artist has the final decision. And every artist has an
individual manager at Front Line, plus their agent, plus
their business manager, plus their lawyer,” Azoff said.
Rapino concurs that Front Line would put the artist’s
interests first, citing the credibility and track record of
Front Line managers such as Azoff, Simon Renshaw
and Howard Kaufman.
" This merger will create a pipeline for all rights holders
to reach their consumers, whether it is our team, an artist
or a record company. It is time that our business delivered
forward thinking marketing solutions and we intend to do
just that."- from Tuesday's investor conference call.

We are, at heart, a real estate company. Staples Center
was a real estate play. We realized early on that we can’t
have a third party like a Live Nation holding a gun to our
'head in terms of programming our buildings. That was the
genesis of AEG Live, so that we could have control over the
programming of our buildings.- Randy Phillips
One of the last things Michael Jackson stated to RandyPhillips there at rehersals June 24th, 2009 according to Randy was :
" Thank you for getting me this far I can take it from here"

" THRILLER "
Nancy Griffin, in “The ‘Thriller’ Diaries” reflects on a man for
whom all the talent in the world couldn’t stave off crippling
insecurities and loneliness. Griffin speaks with director
John Landis, record executives, Jackson’s co-star Ola Ray,
choreographers, and others to illuminate the process of how
the star created something totally revolutionary.
On the backs of the record-setting LP of the same name,
“Thriller” set a new standard for the infant medium of music
videos with its unprecedented length, its unheard-of budget,
and its unparalleled wit and dancing. This achievement came
at a time when Jackson had much to be proud of.
As Griffin writes: “Thriller” marked the most incandescent
moment in Jackson’s life, his apex creatively as well as
commercially. He would spend the rest of his career trying
to surpass it. “In the Off the Wall/Thriller era, Michael
was in a constant state of becoming,” says Glen Brunman,
then marketing director at Jackson’s record company Epic.
“It was all about the music, until it also became about
the sales and the awards, and something changed forever.”
Still living at home at the age of 25, Jackson’s problems with his
family were painfully apparent during the shoot. Landis and other
crew members witnessed the frequent clashes between father
and son, which would become public knowledge in the coming years,
when Jackson would publicly refer to Joe Jackson’s abuse.
More than once Landis found himself caught up in the twisted
dynamics of the Jackson family. One night when Joseph and
Katherine Jackson visited the set, the director recalls,
“Michael asked me to have Joe removed. He said,
‘Would you please ask my father to leave?’
So I go over to Mr. Jackson. ‘Mr. Jackson,
I’m sorry, but can you please … ?’ ‘Who are you?’
‘I’m John Landis. I’m directing this.’ ‘Well, I’m Joe Jackson.
I do what I please, and I want to be here.’ I said,
‘I’ll have to ask security to remove you
if you don’t leave now.’”
Landis had a policeman escort Joe Jackson off the set.
“I won’t say that I’ve seen him in his birthday suit but close
Just before calling" action " Landis rifles his actors with boisterous
encouragement , " How are you going to be in this shot?"
" Wonderful " Jackson chirps barely audible.
Seconds later Jackson steps into his nimbus of light
as he flips on the internal switch; he glows, he smiles,
he comes to life , he mezmerizes...
Jackson says , " You were scared werent you ?"
