Michael Joseph Jackson, a celebrity pop star,
was born on August 29, 1958.
He died unexpectedly on June 25, 2009
at the age of 50.

Between 1993 and 1994 and separately between 2004 and 2005,
Mr. Jackson was investigated by California law enforcement
agencies for possible child molestation. He was acquitted of all
such charges. The FBI provided technical and investigative
assistance to these agencies during the cases.

The Bureau also investigated threats made against
Mr. Jackson and others by an individual who was
later imprisoned for these crimes.

This release consists of seven separate files,
as described below:

9A-LA-142276: 1992 to 1993, 196 pages

This file details a Los Angeles field office investigation
into extortion threats against Michael Jackson and
others in 1992. The subject of this investigation pled
guilty and was sentenced to prison in 1993.
A total of 111 pages were withheld to prevent duplication
of material already released or to protect personal privacy,
the identity of sources that provided information to the FBI
in confidence, and internal rules and practices.

Some information was referred to the U.S. Secret Service.

62D-LA-162715: September 16, 1993 to August 8, 1994, 56 pages

This file involves a Los Angeles field office investigation
opened to assist local authorities with a child
molestation case in 1993.
The case never went to trial.

Ninety-five pages were withheld to prevent
duplication of material already released or to
protect personal privacy, the identity of sources
that provided information to the FBI in confidence,
and internal rules and practices.

62D-L0-11779: September 2, 1993 to October 22, 1993, 9 pages

This file was opened by the FBI’s legal attaché office in
London when it assisted local authorities with a child
molestation investigation in 1993.
Thirteen pages were withheld to protect personal privacy
and the identity of sources that provided information to
the FBI in confidence.

95A-HQ-1148159: October 30, 1995 to January 24, 1997, 8 pages

This file details a request made to the FBI to analyze
a VHS videotape provided by the U.S. Customs Service
as part of a child pornography investigation.
Some information was redacted to protect personal
privacy. Four pages were referred to U.S. Customs
and Immigration Enforcement for a release determination.

62D-LA-236081: January 15, 2004 to April 27, 2004, 41 pages

Our Los Angeles field office opened this file when it
was asked by local authorities to provide forensic computer
analysis assistance in a child molestation investigation in 2004.
The examination of evidence in this case was conducted by
the FBI’s Computer Analysis and Response Team (CART).
Mr. Jackson was ultimately acquitted of these charges in
a California court.

One hundred and twenty-three pages were withheld
to protect personal privacy, the identity of sources that
provided information to the FBI in confidence, and
internal rules and practices or to prevent the disclosure
of techniques and procedures for law enforcement
investigations or prosecutions.

305B-LA-239205: September 14, 2004 to December 9, 2004, 5 pages

This Los Angeles field office file was opened in
2004 to investigate child molestation allegations.
Due to lack of witness cooperation, the case was closed.

252B-IR-6808: March 1, 2004 to June 29, 2005, 18 pages

This file involves a request made of the FBI's Critical
Incident Response Group to provide advice and
assistance to local authorities concerning a child
molestation investigation in 2004.

Some information was redacted to protect
personal privacy and internal rules and practices.

THE FBI AND THE MICHAEL JACKSON FILES

THE FBI AND THE MICHAEL JACKSON FILES

The FBI on Monday will release 333 pages of FBI
documents from the Michael Jackson files,
according to TMZ.
The files released are primarily from 1993 and 2004,
the years Jackson faced allegations of child molestation.
The files will also outline threats and other incidents
surrounding Michael Jackson, according to TMZ.

FBI files are generally released after a FOIA or
Freedom of Information Act request, is made,
according to the FBI.

FBI's Michael Jackson File = 591 Pages

When I submitted a Freedom of Information Act
request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation
for any records they may have in their archive on
Michael Jackson, I expected the agency would reply
saying they didn't locate any such records, or that
there were only a handful on pages on the late
entertainer.

I was wrong. A letter from the FBI yesterday informs
me they've located close to 600 pages on him.
As I've learned from years of filing these sort of FOI
As, it's going to be a while before anything is released,
and, when pages are eventually provided to me,
they could be quite mundane.

Here's the FBI letter on my Michael Jackson FOIA:

WHAT WENT WRONG: PELLICANO, WEITZMAN AND FIELDS

Was Michael Jackson Framed?

The Untold Story
Part 3 Mary A. Fischer
GQ, October 1994 "Portions of the article"

"From the day Weitzman joined Jackson's defense team,"
he was talking settlement," says Bonnie Ezkenazi,
an attorney who worked for the defense.

With Fields and Pellicano still in control of Jackson's
defense, they adopted an aggressive strategy. They
believed staunchly in Jackson's innocence and vowed
to fight the charges in court.

Pellicano began gathering evidence to use in the
trial,which was scheduled for March 21, 1994.

"They had a very weak case," says Fields.
"We wanted to fight. Michael wanted to fight
and go through a trial. We felt we could win.

On November 23, the friction peaked.
Based on information he says he got from Weitzman,
Fields told a courtroom full of reporters that
a criminal indictmentold against Jackson seemed
imminent. Fields had a reason for making the
statement: He was trying to delay the boy's civil
suit by establishing that there was an impending
criminal case that should be tried first.

Outside the courtroom, reporters asked why Fields
had made the announcement, to which Weitzman
replied essentially that Fields "misspoke himself "

The comment infuriated Fields, "because it
wasn't true," he says. "It was just an outrage.
I was very upset with Howard. "Fields "
There was this vast group of people all wanting
to do a different thing, and it was like moving
through molasses to get a decision," says Fields.

"It was a nightmare, and I wanted to get the hell
out of it." Pellicano, who had received his share of
flak for his aggressive manner, resigned at the same
time.

With Fields and Pellicano gone, Weitzman brought
in Johnnie Cochran Jr., a well-known civil attorney
who is now helping defend O.J. Simpson. And John
Branca, whom Fields had replaced as Jackson's
general counsel in 1990, was back on board.

In late 1993, as DAs in both Santa Barbara
and Los Angeles counties convened grand
juries to assess whether criminal charges
should be filed against Jackson, the defense
strategy changed course and talk of settling
the civil case began in earnest, even though
his new team also believed in Jackson's
innocence.

Why would Jackson's side agree to settle out
of court, given his claims of innocence and
the questionable evidence against him? His
attorneys apparently decided there were any
factors that argued against taking the case
to civil court.

The only person who lost is Michael Jackson.
But Jackson, says Branca, changed his mind about
[taking the case to trial] when he returned to this
country. He hadn't seen the massive coverage and
how hostile it was.

He just wanted the whole thing to go away.
Was MJ Framed? Part 3 Was Michael Jackson Framed?

Why did Fields and Pellicano walk that day?
With Weitzman and Branca back in...
WHAT WAS REALLY HAPPENING?
The story is far from over... Stay Tuned

CHRISTMAS WREATHS AT CAROLWOOD

THE CHRISTMAS WREATHS
AT MICHAEL JACKSON'S HOUSE.

This picture was taken Sept 20, 2009

FOR US, CHRISTMAS SHOULD BE ALL
YEAR ROUND

For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
 Isaiah 9:6

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt
call his name JESUS:
for he shall save his people from their sins.

Matthew 1:21

Tom Gregory
Actor, radio personality, and Tony nominated producer

Professionally, Michael Jackson has achieved
more than most of us can even dream. His music
has lifted each one of us out of more than a funk
or two, while his videos and dance beckon millions
of fans to strive toward perfection. Like The Beatles
and Elvis, Jackson is one of the few timeless and
resonate voices of our generation.

Michael Jackson never targets for the middle.

There is something undefined within us that seeks
to provoke our heroes until they lie before us broken
and beaten. Perhaps mediocrity just wants to prove
that aiming for perfection exacts too high a price.

The magnifying glass under which Michael Jackson
has lived his entire life has exacted an obvious price.
Still as we berate him we can't stop watching him --
no matter how often we think we've seen it all.
My sense is he'd never want the anonymity of a life
out of the limelight. His latest concert announcement
is a testament that he still has inspiration to share
with his fans.

It's only with that sense of respect and awe --
and my own warped desire for Warhol's immortal
fifteen minutes that I am reporting on his Christmas
decorations. Jackson is one of a kind.

I'm glad he's in my neighborhood and in the world.

Revocation of Will

Los Angeles Superior Court - Probate

The Revocation Of Wills
Sec. 189. The Right To Revoke
A will may be revoked at any time before the testator's
death unless he is under contract not to revoke.

A will is a revocable instrument. It confers no
rights except upon the death of the testator.
It takes effect upon death and then only. A will
is completely within the power of the testator
until his death and he may make any number of wills, and yet finally die intestate.

It is true that a testator may be under contract
to make a will, or not to make a will, and where
this contract is upon a full and fair consideration
the courts will enforce it.

NOTE:
If a person does not leave a will, or the will
is declared invalid, the person will have died
intestate, resulting in the distribution of the
estate according to the laws of
Descent and Distribution
of the state in which the person resided.
Because of the importance of a will, the law
requires it to have certain elements to be valid.
Apart from these elements, a will may be ruled
invalid if the testator made the will as the result
of undue influence, fraud, or mistake.

NOTE: The Claimant that filed this obviously
is following this case very closely.

The will that currently is on file, states this:

LAST WILL OF MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON I,
MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON, a resident of
the State of California, declare this to be my last Will,
and do hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made
by me.

If indeed the will is invalid/no good (ie: forged; other)
then you can be assured things will take a sudden turn
in the ongoing mysterious case of Michael Jackson.

WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE THE EVIDENCE IS OVERWHELMING

Michael Jackson Will Be Sued Over Jackson 5
Posted May 16th 2009 1:19PM by TMZ Staff

We've learned there was a secret meeting yesterday at
the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Michael Jackson made
it clear --

Part of the deal -- that he not sign any other
concert deal for 18 months. But then Jacko went
and signed up for his London concerts which are
scheduled to begin in July.

The company that organized the family concert
--- AllGood Entertainment -- got Michael, daddy
Joe Jackson and several others in a room yesterday
at the Bev Hills Hotel.

The meeting was heated and no one agreed to anything.

IT'S NOT WORKING OUT, I'M BETTER OFF DEAD

I'M BETTER OFF DEAD, I'M DONE:
Michael Jackson's fateful prediction just a week before his death

By Ian Halperin 3:58 PM on 29th June 2009

Thank you for your love and support,’ he told them.
‘I want you guys to know I love you very much.
'I don’t know how I’m going to do 50 shows.

I’m not a big eater. I need to put some weight on.
I’m really angry with them booking me up to do
50 shows. I only wanted to do ten.’

One of his former employees was particularly struck by
Jackson’s wording that day. ‘The way he was talking,
it’s like he’s not in control over his own life any more,’
she told me earlier this month.

‘It sounds like somebody else is pulling his strings
and telling him what to do.

Someone wants him dead.

'They keep feeding him pills like candy.
They are trying to push him over the edge.
He needs serious help.

The people around him will kill him.’

As the London concerts approached, something was
clearly wrong. Jackson had vowed to travel to England
at least eight weeks before his first shows, but he kept
putting it off. ‘To be honest, I never thought Michael
would set foot on a concert stage ever again,’said one aide, choking back tears on the evening of his death ".
‘This was not only predictable, this was inevitable.’

On June 21, Jackson told my contact that he wanted
to die. He said that he didn’t have what it would take
to perform anymore because he had lost his voice
and dance moves.

‘It’s not working out,’ Jackson said. ‘I’m better off dead.

Jackson's former home into a public space. Michele Elyzabeth,
a spokeswoman for the Ed Hardy clothing founder, said Audigier
would move into the sprawling Holmby Hills mansion at the end
of Jackson's lease on Dec. 15. He also said that Audigier had no plans
to turn the rental property where the King of Pop collapsed and later
died into a public space.

The estate is owned by Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez.

WHAT IS BECOMING OF GEORGE?

WHAT IS BECOMING OF GEORGE? IS HE SLOWYLY DYING

Back in 1996, Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Michael Jackson
launched a joint venture 'Kingdom Entertainment' to develop a
variety of entertainment projects such as movies, books, hotels,
recordings and theme parks all based on 'family values'.
A press conference was held in Paris in April and both Al Waleed
and Michael revealed their plans and hopes for this venture.
The first project was the sponsoring of Jackson's HIStory world
tour and then they produced Michael's "Ghosts" music video,
short movie.

Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned and the company
eventually fell apart.

News Corp. partners with Saudi prince who Fox News lambasted
In 2001, several Fox News personalities criticized Saudi Prince
Al-Waleed bin Talal -- who reportedly suggested that the United
States' Middle East policy contributed to causing the 9-11 attacks --
and praised then-Mayor Rudy Giuliani for not accepting a $10 million
disaster-relief donation fromAl-Waleed.

However, Rupert Murdoch has recently finalized a deal giving
News Corp., which includes Fox News, a 10 percent stake in
Al-Waleed's media conglomerate, Rotana, according to reports.

Now, Prince Al Waleed has declared he’s upped his (Kingdom Holding’s)
stake in News Corp to 5.7%. Alwaleed also owns Rotana Media, the
company that has the exclusive rights to broadcast FOX News Channel
in Saudi Arabia. Daily Variety reported News Corp. will take a 10%
stake in Rotana, with an option to acquire another 10 percent.
The paper said the News Corp.-Rotana pact marks the most significant
investment yet by a Western media company in the Arab world.
Last summer, News Corp.'s Fox and Rotana launched two Fox-branded

English language channels in the Middle East. Rotana also has a deal to
distribute Fox fare on DVD throughout the Middle East, Variety said.
The new pact will include the launch of new Fox-Rotana TV channels.
Here’s how that part of the deal will evidently work:
Prince Al-Waleed’s Rotana Audio Visual Company, which operates
TV channels in the Middle East, has signed a deal with DirecTV,
the TV-satellite firm controlled by NewsCorp. As a result, it would
seem Rotana will be able to beam its programs into U.S. cable

A PUZZLED PUBLIC GROWS RESTLESS

"The Michael Jackson Jigsaw
A puzzled public grows restless"
By Dr. Firpo Carr
Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
November 26, 2009 - December 2, 2009

"WHY IS THE MICHAEL JACKSON DEATH
INVESTIGATION TAKING SO LONG?!"

"Why is Dr. Conrad Murray still walking around a free man
while Michael Jackson’s murdered body lies cold in a tomb?!"
These are just two of the many unanswered exclamatory questions
rocking the Gloved One’s magic kingdom. Make no mistake about it.
These questions are not cleverly worded inquiries designed to grab
your attention. Longtime Michael Jackson fans, as well as recent
converts, remain traumatized over his death. They languish
inconsolably in a swirling pool of emotions. My heart truly
goes out to them. A brief overview of a few of the potpourri
of events occurring since Michael’s death clearly illustrates
the reasons why a restless public is growing ever more
disenchanted. Concurrently, a consideration of the associated
commentary may helpun-muddy murky waters.

DID MJ KNOW OF HIS IMPENDING DEATH?:
Several people who were with Michael in his last days speak
of his as being extremely paranoid, thinking that "they"
were out to get him. Who were "they"? Presumably, say Jackson
supporters, those in charge of his assets--particularly entities
who stood to gain the most by acquiring complete possession of
his Beatles catalogue. Interestingly, this is precisely in line
with what he told me when he called me up and said:

"They’re after my catalogue." He went even further
with Dick Gregory. The famed civil rights activist called
and told me Michael told him: "They’re trying to kill me."

To say that fans are anxious over this would be a gross understatement.

TEN SHOWS ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED:
There has been lots of fuss over whether Michael Jackson agreed
to do 10 shows in London or 50 shows there at the O2 Arena.
An original advertisement clearly reveals that there would be 10
shows only. This is consistent with what Michael himself said.
Apparently he realized his thin, frail frame could barely withstand
the 10 shows he agreed to. As far as his physical stamina is
concerned, his performance in This Is It shows he was a mere
shadow of his former self. Even so,the movie demonstrated
that his incomparable talent remained intact.

WRONG NAMES ON BIRTH CERTIFICATES?:
It has been alleged that there is an apparent naming
inconsistency of Michael Jackson's children in the in what is
reportedly —yet controversially—his "Will." How does this translate
into a functional reality? This amounts to nothing more than a minor
technicality—so I’m told —in that the children of Michael Jackson—
whatever their true and accurate names may be—are entitled to
certain rights. It is not uncommon for a persons to have one name
on their birth certificates but go by a completely different name
throughout their lifetimes.

WONDERMENT OVER THE "WILL":
Joseph Jackson, Michael’s father, filed a court document
(Case No. BP 117321) on Tuesday, November 10, 2009,
objecting to the appointent of John Branca, Michael’s former
attorney who he fired, and John McClain as the Executors and
Special Administrators of the Estate of Michael Jackson. The
elder Jackson objects in part because he alleges the following:

"Branca Had a Conflicts of Interest Because of the Sony/ATV Trust.
Branca was the Trustee of the Sony/ATV Trust through 2003.
Branca negotiated business music licensing agreement for both
Michael Jackson and Sony/ATV for songs they independently
owned. Branca had conflicts of interest when he acted for Michael
Jackson and Sony/ATV on the same subject matter. By drafting
a Will where Branca was Michael Jackson’s Executor, Branca
had an inherent conflicts of interest with Michael Jackson.
His position as Executor would permit him to engage in self-
dealing whereby he would stand in the shoes of Michael
Jackson while also representing the Trust.

"The conflicts of interest disqualified Branca from serving
as Michael Jackson’s Executor without a full disclosure of
the conflicts and Michael Jackson’s approval of the conflicts
by independent counsel before Michael Jackson signed his Will
making Branca and McClain Executors. John McClain suffered
form the same conflicts of interest. He was the Trustee of the
MJ Publishing Trust. By being Michael Jackson’s Executor
both Branca and McClain would be able to self-deal where
the Trusts they represented would purchase properties or
license songs which should have been for Michael Jackson’s
benefit. Their self-dealing required a conflicts of interest
disclosure before Michael Jackson signed the supposed
July 7, 2002, Will. Neither Branca nor McClain made a
conflicts disclosure to Michael Jackson for the purported
July 7, 2002, Will."

How do I feel about the whole matter? While the Bible
acknowledges that one reaps what one sows (Galatians 6:7),
it also states: "When your enemy falls, do not rejoice; and
when he is caused tostumble, may your heart not be joyful."
(Proverbs 24:17) Given this reality, some may be experiencing
uneasiness about the need to suppress a celebratory spirit.
Indeed, heaven help us all.

Roger Friedman Slanders Joe Jackson?: Because Joe Jackson,
who singlehandedly orchestrated the success of Michael Jackson
and the Jackson 5, didn’t graduate Harvard, he’s often the brunt
of brutal media attacks. Is some of the criticism justified? It
can be argued either way. Still, outright lies are inexcusable.
When I was on CNN’s Joy Behar Show a month ago today

(October 26, 2009) with long-time Jackson family critic
Roger Friedman (formerly of Fox News), he not only made
fun of Michael’s death, he said Joe Jackson was charging
exorbitant prices to a private viewing of This Is It, and was
guilty of other illegalities. Joe told me himself that nothing
could be farther from the truth. Friedman provided no proof
of these outlandish allegations.

Finally, the question that screams for resolution is:
Will the jigsaw puzzle that is Michael Jackson finally be
pieced together to reveal the big picture that we’re all
eagerly waiting to behold? Only time will tell. I like to
think that we won’t have to hurry up and wait much longer.

Please pray that I’m right. Amen."

A DELIBERATE PLAN

For Immediate Release: Re Michael Jackson

------------------------------------------------

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
August 7, 2006

CONSPIRACY TO FORCE MICHAEL JACKSON INTO
BANKRUPTCY REVEALED

In what could be one of the biggest conspiracies in
entertainment history, documents have been sent to
Michael Jackson, and his representatives, which reveal
a deliberate plan by some former attorneys as well as
associates and advisors, to force Mr. Jackson into
involuntary bankruptcy.

The documents reveal that former attorneys actively
solicited other attorneys, vendors and creditors to
“join in a petition to place the client in involuntary
bankruptcy.”

Mr. Jackson who, on June 27, 2006, announced sweeping
organizational changes, has instructed his legal team to
investigate and file claims against those responsible for
conspiracy, bad faith, and self dealing. These efforts
may also result in civil and/or criminal charges, where
appropriate.

In addition, there is a strong possibility
that these documents will be forwarded to the U.S.
Attorney General for review and possible involvement.

“Mr. Jackson is neither shocked or surprised by these
revelations,” says Raymone K. Bain, Michael Jackson’s
General Manager. “Based on the timing of events that have
impacted his personal and professional life in recent years,
he has long been suspicious that some of those whom he
entrusted to act on his behalf, and to advise him with
respect to his personal and business affairs, may not have
always acted in his best interests.”
