IT'S A SECRET BETWEEN MICHAEL AND ME

"It's a secret between Michael and Me"
stated Thome to ABC NEWS,  July 25, 2009.

http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/MichaelJackson/story?id=8172668&page=1
To fully understand what is going on
we must look back at what has happened.
It's like a big maze that we have been stuck in
since June 25,2009 the supposed day the illusion began
The Day Michael Jackson left us ...

Uploaded on Jun 26, 2009 UCLA
Statement on the death of Michael Jackson by
Jermaine Jackson and Michael Jacksons personal physician,
Dr. Tohme. Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center,

This is a transcript of the statement:

My brother, the legendary king of pop Michael Jackson,
passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 2:26 p.m. It is
believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However,
the cause of his death is unknown until results of the
autopsy are done.
His personal physician, who was with him at the time,
attempted to resuscitate my brother. As did the paramedics
who transmitted him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m.,
a team of doctors including emergency physicians and
cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him for a period
of more than one hour and they were unsuccessful.
Our family requests that the media please respect our
privacy during this tough time.

We all loved being with you Michael, always. We love you.

Having been at UCLA that day I wanted to see
for myself what we were about to witness,
I wanted to see how it would all unfold...
As we would look back on this day
it would be forever engrainded in each of us.

You must have remembered
where you were, what you were
doing when you got the news,
Michael Jackson is dead..
It marked history.

In ways I believe Michael played the medias
hand and it could all come back to haunt them.
There's also a part of me that could see them
taking his life away.
Hollywood that is..

They build you up then destroy you
(I could be wrong but when i go to Forest Lawn
usually you can sense if someone is gone..
there is a presence...i don't feel that at
all at Forest Lawn. I do not believe his body is there.
I get a sense he is not dead, that he lives among us.
Life is that powerful!

Flashback:  June 25,2009
I recieved a call on my phone telling me that
Michael had died immediately I dropped everything
turned in my path and headed to UCLA
where I heard he had been taken.
I wanted to see for myself what was unfolding.
I met up with two freinds from Hollywood who
would go with me.We arrived close to 3:00pm
When we arrived there was complete madness
on the ground and One thing i remember very vivdly
is the mics set up outside the hospitol on the front lawn
by where all the press were. they kept telling everyone
that a Dr. would be coming out to make a statement.

That never happened.

That in itself tells me UCLA is free and clear of any
liability that could fall on them.

The Jackson took this fight on themselves.
I have been told by a close associate of the family
that this fight will be battled out inside the
courtroom.   That is where it will be played out.

And that battle still continues.

A hearing is coming up that concerns wrongfully
taken property. (Interesting it doesnt read stolen)
To read the definition of WRONGFULLY

The Estate wants this property back.
A hearing is schedule for 1/30/13
Tohme Tohme...
"Michael said, 'He's (Tohme) mean,
he's trying to keep me and separate me from
everybody and everything that I love."

Tohme was introduced to Michael via Jermaine Jackson
whose wife Halima Rashad is a cousin to him.
According to Brian Oxman Joe Jackson's attorney
 (http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/5672410)
but both Jermaine/Halima deny such facts

According to the Hollywood Reporter Tohme stepped
into the picture when a dispute erupted between the singer
and Sheikh Abdullah of Bahrain, whose music label had
signed Jackson to an exclusive production agreement.
The relationship between Jackson and the Prince of Bahrain
went bad and for several years in the middle part of the last
decade, Jackson wasn't able to create anything new as the
two were in court with each other. Tohme says that he
personally stepped in here, flying to Bahrain to make peace,
which he says led to a settlement agreement with the Prince.
Afterwards, Tohme assumed his role as Jackson's personal
manager. Much of his work involved housing, loans and
coordinating media appearances. One work that hes noted for
were efforts to save Jackson's beloved Neverland Ranch --
now he has landed himself in a lawsuit with the Michael
Jackson Estate regarding Wrongfully taken property.

They want it back. The hearing begins 1/30/13.

But...
Theres a secret between Michael  and Tohme
and 5.5 Million was part of that secret.
Is there something else that is part of that secret.

"Don't tell anyone about this money,'" Michael stated
It's a secret between Michael and Me.according to Tohme.
Shortly after June 25, 2009, Tohme purchased a home
of which i have driven by on ocassion.
The property is in Bel Air sits literally across the street
from where these pictures above were taken.(BEL AIR HOTEL)

Michael looks very uneasy in this picture espically
the one waving. Was Michael signaling that something
was wrong? these pictures were taken around May 2009.
According to a letter sent from Michael:

Michael Jackson broke ties with Tohme in May (09)
and sent a letter to all business associates, in which he
insisted, "Dr. Tohme Tohme is no longer authorized to
represent him. Tohme was evidently fired because Michael
didn’t like the way he handled the auction of some of Michael’s
things from Neverland in April 2009. Tohme still has those
items and stubbornly refuses to turn them over to the estate
(forcing them to have to sue to get them signed over).
According to Fox news Julien says that Weller, who
is partners with Jackson’s manager Tohme R. Tohme
in an enterprise called TRW Advertising, asked to meet
them at a fast food restaurant on Wilshire Boulevard.
There, Julien and Nolan each claim in sworn statements,
Weller made a veiled threat on behalf of Jackson and Tohme.
"During the meeting, Weller told Martin and me that our
lives would be in danger if we did not postpone the auction.
Weller said if we refused to postpone it, we would be in danger
 from "Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam;
those people are very protective of Michael."

Julien’s statement continues: "He told us that
Dr. Tohme and Michael Jackson wanted to give the message
to us that "our lives are at stake and there will be bloodshed."

So..Dr. tohme and Michael wanted to give the message
“Our lives are at stake There will be bloodshed".

These pictures were taken right around the same time
Michael had fired Thome. Michael almost looks as if he
is being escorted against his will here.

Shortly after June 25, 2009 Tohme Tohme,
a former Michael Jackson financial advisor, turned
over more than $5 million of Michael Jackson's money
why would he then go and purchase a home in the
Bel Air Estates for the exact amount Michael had given
him. And the home would be located directly across
from where these pictures were taken.
Administrators of Jackson's estate said in court papers
that they recovered $5.5 million in cash from "one of
Michael Jackson's former financial advisers" and also
recovered "substantial amounts of tangible personal
property," according to this article and they are not
necessarily from the same person.

Tohme said the money "was not recovered."
"I had the money and I gave it to them."

It was a secret between Michael and me," he said.
Tohme said the money came from recording residuals and
was earmarked by Jackson for the purchase of what was to
be his "dream home" in Las Vegas. He told the AP that he
was in negotiations for the home when Jackson died.

If Michael did fire Tohme in May 09 why was Tohme
at the UCLA Hospital JUNE 25,2009 standing next to
Jermaine (actually introduced Jermain)
to the whold world in a live press conference.

Stop Tape .42 shows Thome walking out behind
the body being taken out at UCLA.(look at his mannerism??)
Here's a page from Latoyas book stating
how Michael hated Thome and wanted to get away from him

Michael did not like Tohme and wanted his cars back.
Could that include this little red one and also the Bentley
that Raffles was seen driving out of Tohmes front gates
with Thome in the passangers side.

DON'T BELIEVE ME ASK JACKY JASPER?
HES GOT THE STORY!! http://t.co/KPGnXf2j

I have been told this looks just like the little car
Michael gave his mother. When I went by
Tohmes this car was parked right behind the
front gates!!

When I met the man he told me his name was
Issac Soloman."ikey"for short.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikey_Solomon
Isaac "Ikey" Solomon (1785–1850) was an English
criminal who became an extremely successful receiver
of stolen property. He gained fame for his crimes, escape
from arrest, and his high-profile recapture and trial.
He is widely regarded as the model for the character
Fagin in Dickens' novel Oliver Twist.

Didn't Tohme join Michael in London at Oliver?

JOE JACKSON WANTS TO KNOW WHERE HIS
SONS BODY IS.!!!  JOE DOESN'T KNOW

JACKSON: I don't know. You'd have to ask somebody that knows.

MICHAEL JACKSON HISTORY TOUR
MUNICH,  GERMANY LIVE 1997

At the opening of this video we are  taken  from what appears
to be MJ inside a time capsule straight unto the ceiling of the
Sistine Chapel where there he hoovers about showing us
the glorius work of Michealangelo's,

"The Last Judgement".

to be in some type of capsule (time) as he is seen hoovering

"THE LAST JUDGEMENT"

***********************************
Back in 1996, Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Michael Jackson
launched a joint venture 'Kingdom Entertainment' to develop a
variety of entertainment projects such as movies, books, hotels,
recordings and theme parks all based on 'family values'.

A press conference was held in Paris in April 1996 and both
Al Waleed and Michael revealed their plans and hopes for this
venture.

The first project was the sponsoring of Jackson's HIStory world
tour and then they produced Michael's "Ghosts" music video,
short movie.

Press Conference held with Al Waleed
"I would like to welcome all the journalists and press who are covering
this historic press conference. For reasons I will soon share with you,
Kingdom Entertainment represents a long avaiting dream come true

NOTE: To hear the rest of the speech i;ve posted the video above.
.
What is really going on behind the scenes?
Was this all planned under Michael's direction?
Did he know what would come?
What is Kingdom entertainments role in these two works
which Michael partnered in with them on: HIStory and
Ghost's short stories? Was Michael set up in this endeavor
or is this something he went into knowingly?

We know the relationship Michael had with Alaweed somewhat
disappeared as Michael went through some of his greatest trials
and tribulations of his life. He was never the same following this.
Atleast in the press we are/were led to believe this was a short-
lived relationship.

The relationship with Alaweed would start to fall apart
upon Michael leaving Bahrain.
Published October 15, 2007  FoxNews.com

Prince Abdulla Al-Khalifa of Bahrain in London’s High Court
Sued Jackson for $7 million plus damages.
The prince, in papers sent to me over the weekend, is claiming that
Jackson has an agreement with him to record two albums, write
and produce a live-Broadway kind of show with Jackson’s music
and a cast album, and to write and publish an autobiography.

 http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,301711,00.html#ixzz2FC540Sfu

The prince also paid for Jackson’s lawyers, who handled his financial
renegotiations with Sony and Fortress Trust. At one point in the spring
of 2006, Sony could only deal with Prince Abdulla’s team on behalf
of Michael. They saved him from bankruptcy.

He states that Jackson is in "grave danger of losing" both his
Neverland ranch and his stake in Sony/ATV Music Publishing.
Jackson, who has been in Bahrain since shortly after his June
2005 acquittal on child molestation charges, is said to be working
on new material. A new album is tentatively scheduled for release in
"late 2007," according to a statement. "I am incredibly excited about
my new venture and I am enjoying being back in the studio making
music," Jackson says.

In April 2006, Jackson finally signed an agreement with the
Prince to create 2Seas Records. The prince built him a state-of-
the-art recording studio. He gave Jackson a $7 million advance
for all this.U.K. record executive Guy Holmes has been tapped
as CEO of the Two Seas label and will also be tasked with
managing Jackson's other business interests
http://www.michaeljackson.com/us/node/1074699

And according to Fox News Jackson left for Japan and then Ireland.
He exited Bahrain and never looked back. He has never returned a
phone call from the prince since he left Bahrain On July 11,2006
the prince says, Jackson's Raymone Bain  faxed him a letter
"aggressively seeking [the prince’s] personal agreement to an
express release of [Jackson] from his obligations. …"

When that didn’t happen, Bain sent another letter, this time
stating that Jackson did not intend to work with the prince
and "was unwilling to perform or observe his obligations."

As I mentioned and as you can see Michael appears to be in a

ceiling of the Sistine Chapel and hovers there round about the
glorious artwork of Michaelangelos "The Last Judgement".

Here again is the screenshot of where MJ takes us in the

This must be one of the most famous pieces of artwork in history
and possibly his most important artwork. When one thinks of
Michelangelo the Painter, one immediately thinks of the fresco –
"The Last Judgement on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel",
which was commissioned by Pope Julius.

The Sistine Chapel Ceiling

Pope Julius II had hired Michelangelo to craft a grand tomb
for him, but then pulled the sculptor off the job and asked him
instead to decorate the chapel ceiling—which at that time was
done in the standard Heavens motif, dark blue with large
gold stars.complained that he was a sculptor, not a frescoist,
but a papal commission cannot be ignored.

It sits above the Grand Alter there in the Sistine Chapel.

We have been warned about God's coming wrath and judgement.
The book of Revelation calls Christians to remain faithful to God
and Christ and to resist the powers of evil in the conviction that
God will prevail and bring salvation in the new Jerusalem.
The book consists of six cycles of visions, each of which warns of the
dangers arising from sin and evil. Yet each cycle concludes by showing
readers the glories of worship in God's presence, which gives reason for
hope. The visions make vivid contrasts between Christ the Lamb and
Satan's agent, the beast. The visions help to alienate readers from
powers of idolatry and oppression, while strengthening their faith
in the salvation God provides.

Angels trumpets and the Archangel Michael (s)
The dead are awakened by Angels trumpets and the Archangel Michael
reads from the book of souls to be saved.

The larger book on the right contains a list of the damned
destined for hell.Indeed, the angels will gather together all the
"tares"--the sinners and the ungodly--and drag them
"in bundles to burn them" (Matthew 13:40, 30).
These will not come willingly, but with
weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up,
and  lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
(Luke 21:28).

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.(Ephesians 6:12)

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat
of Christ" (2 Corinthians 5:10). "So then every one of us shall give
account of himself to God" (Romans 14:12).

"The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather
out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity"
(Matthew 13:41)."And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and
the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men...
hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
and said to the mountains and the rocks, Fall on us, hide us from the
face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the
Lamb: for the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall
be able to stand?"  (Revelation 6:15-17).

But in every waking hour, our hearts should cry,
"Even so, come, Lord Jesus!" (Revelation 22:20).

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son
That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have
everlasting life. John 3:16

THIS IS THE FINAL CURTAIN CALL!!

LOOK AT THE TIME 12:21 PM !!!

CNN PRESENTS:
MICHAEL JACKSON HIS FINAL DAYS

Aired June 24, 2011 - 20:00 ET
THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT.
THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM
AND MAY BE UPDATED.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MICHAEL JACKSON, KING OF POP:

This is the final curtain call.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: His last night was spent on stage.
TRAVIS PAYNE, CHOREOGRAPHER, "THIS IS IT":

I said, all right, I love you. He goes, love you more; see you tomorrow.
And then tomorrow never came.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have a -- a gentleman here
that needs help, and he's not breathing.

TITO JACKSON, BROTHER OF MICHAEL JACKSON:
Right then, I knew something was terribly wrong. I said,
Janet, is he dead? And she said he's gone.

DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: Do you think there was some
sort of conspiracy to kill your brother?

JERMAINE JACKSON, BROTHER OF MICHAEL JACKSON:
Absolutely.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How are you feeling?
M. JACKSON: Good, great.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It's possible that Michael had been
using this anesthetic drug maybe five or six years ago.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Elvis was huge,
but Michael went around the world. He was off the planet.

LEMON (voice-over): Tonight, a behind-the-scenes look into
the final days of Michael Jackson.

As the sun rose above the exclusive Los Angeles Hills,
inside Michael Jackson's mansion, the entertainer began the
morning of June 24, 2009, doing what he loved,
preparing for a show.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Now do it slow.

PAYNE: He and would start about noon, 1:00 at his home.
We would dance a few hours and stretch.

You have to have a full attitude. You have a half attitude.
Do the full one.

LEMON: Travis Payne was Michael Jackson's long-time choreographer.

PAYNE: We were on a journey with Michael that was going to
return him to the stage, you know, that he loved so much.
And I know that we were eight days away from leaving for London.

LEMON: The stage is where Michael was most at ease.
On stage, there was no one better.

Since age five, he electrified audiences around the world with hit songs
like "I Want You Back." And the world appeared ready to welcome him
back . It had been 12 years since Jackson's last major performance.
The King of Pop was poised to regain his throne.

M. JACKSON: This is it. I mean this is really it.
This is the final -- this is the final curtain call.

And the story continues.....
LEMON: But Phillips says AEG never officially employed
Dr. Murray because the contract was never signed.

(on camera): To you this contract is null and void or --

PHILLIPS: Yes, to me it never took effect, because it
required Michael's signature, and Michael didn't sign the contract.

LEMON: AEG says Dr. Conrad Murray was hired on
Michael's insistence, and he would not take no for an answer.

See, like, when we first started, we were doing one nighters.
Every day, you're in a different place, riding a bus and sleeping
on top of each other. That's tough. But this was -- and you didn't
have to take the stage down. You were in one location.

PHILLIPS: I think that night, he finally accepted, down deep in
whatever the inner reaches of an artist's soul are, that he could do this.

LEMON (on camera): Was anything out of the ordinary that night?

JERKINS: The only thing that might have been out of the ordinary
is that Michael was -- had a serious glow about him that night.

JERKINS: You could see his confidence growing and you
could see physically he was able to do the things that he wanted to do.

PHILLIPS: We were walking to our cars, and he put his arm around
me at the Staples Center and he said, thank you for getting me here.
Now I know I can do it and take it from here.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hold for applause. Hold for applause,
slow umbrella, fade out.

LEMON: Jackson left the Staples Center around midnight
and headed to his rented mansion in the posh L.A. neighborhood
of Holmby Hills. Just 12 hours later, however, nothing would
ever be the same.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

DON LEMON, CNN SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS
CORRESPONDENT:

Michael Jackson is buried on a hilltop here at Forest Lawn
Memorial Cemetery.  His body lies in a highly secured mausoleum,
off limits to the public. One year after his death, Jackson's personal
physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is charged with involuntary
manslaughter, but some close to Jackson believe
there are others responsible for his death.

JERMAINE JACKSON, MICHAEL JACKSON'S BROTHER:
You only make a change for once in my life.
LEMON (voice-over): Jermaine Jackson was closer to his brother than
just about anyone else. He claims Michael was murdered.
J. JACKSON: He said to my mother that they're trying to kill me.
LEMON (on camera): Do you think Conrad Murray was part of that?
Was he complicit?
J. JACKSON: I think he's kind of like a fall guy.
LEMON: So you think he knew?
Do you think he did that on purpose, Conrad Murray?
J. JACKSON: I think he knew the players. And I think if you squeeze
his hand hard enough he will say.
LEMON (voice-over): Jermaine is convinced his brother's death
is not simply a tragic accident.
J. JACKSON: I do know that there were evils, conspirators and
people who just did not want to see him get bigger, and so we're
busy trying to bring all of this together. They knew who they are.
We know who they are as well.
LEMON: And who do you think they are?
J. JACKSON: They are just people in the industry.
When you become so big, you have enemies. This was done to him purposefully.

LEMON: You think someone killed him purposefully?

J. JACKSON: Oh, yes, yes. It will come out.

LEMON: So you think there was some sort of conspiracy
to take to kill your brother?

J. JACKSON: Absolutely.

LEMON: So who was behind it then?

J. JACKSON: They know who they are.

LEMON: Do you know who they are?

J. JACKSON: Oh, of course. Of course.
LEMON: Do you want to say who they are?

J. JACKSON: No, I can't say that.

LEMON (voice-over): But Joseph Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson
family is saying who he thinks is responsible for his son's death.
Concert promoter AEG Live. He filed a 160-page complaint against the
company with the California Medical Board. CNN obtained a copy of it.

(on camera): You say at the heart of it is --

BRIAN OXMAN, JOE JACKSON'S ATTORNEY:
Money. Money is at the heart of this thing.
Michael Jackson died because of people's greed.
And let there be no mistake about it.

LEMON (voice-over): Attorney Brian Oxman is representing
Joe Jackson. His complaint accuses AEG of hiring Dr. Murray
and demanding that he medicate Michael and provide him with
dangerous medical services

And they continue later in the transcript

OXMAN: That is simply not true.
LEMON: And the proof of that is --

OXMAN: The proof of it is the e-mails, which go back and forth
between Conrad Murray. Every last promise came from AEG,
and it's documented in the e-mails.
AND THE END...
J. JACKSON: When my brother died, the world cried.
