Dr. Tohme Tohme, a former Michael Jackson financial advisor,
is the man who turned over more than $5 million of Michael
Jackson's money to the late pop star's estate, ABC News has
learned.

Dr. Tohme Tohme, inset, was an advisor to Michael Jackson
who held $5.5 million of "secret" money for the pop star.

Tohme, a former financial advisor to Jackson, did not return
calls from ABC News but told the Associated Press that

the money had been "a secret between Michael and me."

Administrators of Jackson's estate said in court papers
filed Friday that they recovered $5.5 million in cash
from "one of Michael Jackson's former financial advisers"
and also recovered "substantial amounts of tangible
personal property," not necessarily from the same
person. But Tohme said the "was not recovered."

"I had the money and I gave it to them.

It was a secret between Michael and me," he said.

Tohme said the money came from recording residuals and was
earmarked by Jackson for the purchase of what was to be his
"dream home" in Las Vegas. He told the AP that he was in
negotiations for the home when Jackson died.

"He said, 'Don't tell anyone about this money,'" Tohme said.

"But when he passed away I told them I had this money,
and I gave it to them." Tohme also turned over items from
the pop star's Neverland estate that were once scheduled
to be auctioned. Jackson estate administrators, attorney
John Branca and music executive John McClain, claim
Jackson's estate is worth more than $500 million and
that they are making business deals that could bring
in tens of millions more dollars that will benefit
Jackson's heirs. The recovered millions were announced
as Branca and McClain requested a "family allowance"
be given to Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, and
Jackson's three children, for whom she is temporary
guardian, "in order to ensure that the minor children's
needs for maintenance and support are met."

MICHAEL JACKSONS PHYSICAN FIRES PUBLICIST FOR LEAKING
JURY SELECTION INFORMATION!!!

On the first day of his trial, Michael Jackson’s personal physician
fired his publicist for leaking jury selection information to a
celebrity gossip website.

On Wednesday, TMZ.com had posted what purported to be
proposed defense questions for potential jurors, a leak that Dr.
Conrad Murray’s attorney acknowledged came from their own
publicist.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor
said the questions were “bogus” but that he was concerned about
how information on the Internet would affect the answers potential
jurors give during jury selection.

Murray is accused of involuntary manslaughter for
giving Jackson a fatal dose of the surgical anesthetic propofol.
Defense attorneys told Pastor in chambers that a media
company hired by the defense had leaked six questions the
company had suggested for the jury pool.

None of the questions ended up in the final questionnaire,
which Pastor earlier ordered sealed.

“It is an embarrassment,” Ed Chernoff, Murray’s attorney,
told the judge. Chernoff apologized and said the company
would be fired.

After the hearing, Chernoff confirmed that the employee was
Miranda Sevcik, a Houston publicist who began working for
Murray and his legal team two days after Jackson’s death.
Sevcik declined to comment, beyond wishing the defense well.

On Thursday, 159 potential jurors were sworn in and screened
for financial hardship. Jury selection is expected to continue Friday.
Testimony in the case is scheduled to begin in May.

A central part of Dr. Murray's defense is that Michael Jackson
was a hard-core Propofol addict who hid his drug dependence
from the doc ... thus Murray wasn't operating with full knowledge.

Other questions laser in on what people think of the case,
with a heavy emphasis on social media.-- Do you have a blog?
If so, describe.-- Are you active on social networks. If so, which?

The answers will lead Murray's lawyers to spontaneous
comments of prospective jurors that could be more revealing than
answers they give in court.And the questionnaire asks:

"Do you financially support others outside your immediate family?"
Dr. Murray has had money troubles that could make him sympathetic
to certain jurors.Other questions include: "

At what age should a person be held accountable for their decisions,
actions and consequences."The defense is looking for people who
believe in personal responsibility, such as small business owners.

Mayer once swore at Elizabeth's mother in a fit of rage, eleven- year-old Elizabeth shouted back, "You and your studio can go to hell!" She refused to apologize, and —amazingly—Mayer didn't fire her on the spot.

althought you look at it another way and its a heart.

Funny this work was found on the same wall that Banksy did
his oscar peice...this peice here was up for some time 8 months
or so...Beautiful art love it...so much going on here.

I love this peice of Charlie...not sure who the artist is
But I know Banksy had to paint over it....
