Silenced: Michael Jackson’s plastic surgeon Dr. Arnold Klein
speaks out against a bank fraud scandal involving California State
Officials & The Private Bank of California with new evidence.
Dr. Arnold Klein filed for bankruptcy on January 20, 2011
after obtaining legal counsel from his attorney David Neale
regarding how to re-claim the nearly $30 million that Klein
was embezzled from him by his employees Muhammad Khilji,
Jason Pfeiffer with the help of Robert Lorsch through the
Private Bank of California. Neale is said to have assured
Klein that these adversarial cases would be heard in the courts
and encouraged him to take action.
To Klein’s dismay the cases were not heard, and have not been
in almost 3 years. For bankruptcy claims such as these,
the system is legally obligated to provide “due process of
(Federal) law.”
“I am very much aware of the events surrounding Mr Jackson’s death,”
says Klein, “and (I) believe the fraudulent manner in which my
bankruptcy has been handled is based both on the bank fraud
committed by Private Bank and an attempt to prevent me from
disclosing information that I have concerning the death of
Michael Jackson.”
Shortly after Klein filed for bankruptcy, it was revealed that the
case’s Judge, Richard Neiter, held stock in the Private Bank of California.
Klein states that, long before Neiter’s conflict of interest was discovered,
he had already bifurcated the cases such that to this day they have not
been heard. In addition to this, Klein’s allegations describe Judge
Neiter’s selection of Bradley Sharp as Klein’s trustee to be based
on a “totally fraudulent loan” through the very same bank.
“The manner in which the lawyers, trustees and Judges of this
court of law are closely aligned with this same fraudulent
financial institution brings the entire legal system into question,”
says Klein. “For a Federal Court to be compromised in this manner…
is far more than a simple embarrassment: it is criminal.”
Since the time of Bradley Sharp’s appointment as Klein’s trustee
it has come to light that Sharp has also been involved in questionable
activity with the Private Bank of California and ALSO HAS A
CLOSE RELATION WITH THE CHIEF EMBEZZLER
MUHAMMAD KHILJI APPEALING HIS RIGHT TO TESTIFY.
In a recent interview, Klein as well as the Jackson family
call into question the authenticity of Michael Jackson’s last will
and testimate http://www.arnoldwklein.com/?p=2247 stating their
belief that it is a forgery. Klein insists he was with Jackson in
New York on July 7th 2002, the same day that the Will was
supposedly signed by Jackson in L.A.
The executor of the will that was “signed” in L.A. was none other
than John Branca, who is also coincidentally a member of Private
Bank, holding two seats on the board.
Klein suspects his cases for embezzlement were intentionally
silenced to avoid bringing any un-favourable attention to the
Private Bank of California or a further investigation of the details
surrounding the Will of Michael Jackson, it’s executor, and beneficiaries.
Klein is now going public with his knowledge about Harvey Levin,
John Branca and Howard Weitzman who were working with the
allegedly fraudulent Will of Michael Jackson when they were
awarded $700M a year while Klein, a close friend of Jackson
and the Jackson family was left “penniless with (his) bill for
rebuilding Michael’s face never paid.” (Klein)
Up to this point the breaking news concerning Klein and the
case of Jackson’s death has revolved around his declaring
bankruptcy and the details surrounding the fall from a luxurious lifestyle.
Completely neglected are the facts leading up to his bankruptcy,
his reason for filing and the corruption of powerful members of a
privately held institution: The Private Bank of California.
NOW IS THE TIME, NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION!!!

Her encounter with the angel is described as follows:
“
I saw in his hand a long spear of gold, and at the iron's point there seemed to be a little fire. He appeared to me to be thrusting it at times into my heart, and to pierce my very entrails; when he drew it out, he seemed to draw them out also, and to leave me all on fire with a great love of God. The pain was so great, that it made me moan; and yet so surpassing was the sweetness of this excessive pain, that I could not wish to be rid of it. The soul is satisfied now with nothing less than God. The pain is not bodily, but spiritual; though the body has its share in it. It is a caressing of love so sweet which now takes place between the soul and God, that I pray God of His goodness to make him experience it who may think that I am lying.[4]
The Argument From Desire
All of humanity feels the weight of some Law of Human Nature, which dictates to everyone's conscience a common sense of Right and Wrong, yet all of us fail to live up to it.
“Pride gets no pleasure out of having something, only out of having more of it than the next man"... It is the comparison that makes you proud: the pleasure of being above the rest.
Once the element of competition is gone, pride is gone.”
Every natural, innate desire in us corresponds to some real
object that can satisfy that desire.
But there exists in us a desire which nothing in time, nothing on
earth, no creature can satisfy.
Therefore there must exist something more than time, earth and
creatures, which can satisfy this desire.
This something is what people call "God" and "life with God forever."
Most people if they had really learned to look into their own hearts, would know that they do want and want acutely, something that cannot be had in this world. There are all sorts of things to give it to you but they never quite keep their promise."We do not want to merely “see” beauty–though, God knows, even that is bounty enough.
We want something else which can hardly be put into words– to be united with the beauty we see, to pass into it, to receive it into ourselves, to bathe in it, to become part of it."
"At present we are on
the outside… the wrong side of the door. Almost as if you were inside a glass darkly looking out. We discern the freshness and purity of
morning, but they do not make us fresh and pure.
We cannot mingle with the
pleasures we see.
But all the pages of the New Testament are rustling with the
rumor that it will not always be so.
"If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the
most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." — C.S. Lewis
Someday, God willing, We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. We
will put on glory… that greater glory of which Nature is only the first
sketch."
The Seven (7) Deadly Sins
Beginning in the early 14th century, the popularity of the seven deadly sins as a theme among European artists of the time eventually helped to ingrain them in many areas of Catholic culture and Catholic consciousness in general throughout the world. One means of such ingraining was the creation of the mnemonic "SALIGIA" based on the first letters in Latin of the seven deadly sins: superbia, avaritia, luxuria, invidia, gula, ira, acedia.[3]
In the Book of Proverbs (Mishlai), King Solomon stated that the Lord
specifically regards "six things the Lord hateth, and the seventh His soul
detesteth." namely
1)A proud look.
2) A lying tongue.
3) Hands that shed innocent blood.
4) A heart that devises wicked plots.
5) Feet that are swift to run into mischief.
6) A deceitful witness that uttereth lies.
7) Him that soweth discord among brethren.
The Roman Catholic Church also recognizes seven virtues,
which correspond inversely to each of the seven deadly sins. Mystery and Victory 1 Corinthians 15:49-55
I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the
kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying
that is written:
"Death is swallowed up in victory."
“O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”
“Now is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance.
It won't last forever. We must take it or leave it.” NOW IS THE TIME. ― C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity
"In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day
of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corin 6: 2

AEG vs Katherine Jackson Case BC 445597
********************************************
AEG LIVE LLC., the concert promoter' for Michael Jackson's
comeback " This is it " tour through their attorney in a statement
released today for the entertainment company sued by Michael
Jackson's mother challenged the lawsuit Thursday and distanced
AEG Live from the doctor charged in the singer's death.
" The lawsuit is inaccurate, unsubstantiated and meritless,"
attorney Marvin S. Putnam said in a statement released by
AEG Live LLC.
Katherine Jackson sued AEG Live on Wednesday, claiming
the promoter of her son's planned series of comeback concerts
failed to provide key lifesaving equipment and adequately monitor
the cardiologist hired to care for her son as he prepared for the shows.
She is seeking unspecified damages on behalf of herself and her
son's three children. Putnam's statement claimed the doctor, Conrad Murray, was acting as Jackson's personal physician
and was not an AEG employee.
According to the filing; " By Virtue of the AEG-Jackson
agreement AEG came to control much of Jackson's life.
The Home Jackson lived in was provided by AEG, his finances
were dependant on AEG and his assest including the SONY-ATV
catalog which would stand as a security if he failed to perform".
It continues:
Murray was to perform the services as AEG directed, and
Michael Jackson had no right to terminate the agreement.
It was AEG who directed, controlled, oversaw and supervised
Murray's services.
On June 18th 2009 Michael Jackson did not
appear at rehearsals ... When Jackson finally arrived and got
to the rehearsal at the Forum .... June 18 2009 at 9.30pm a few
hours after the "Riot Act" meeting he was visibly shaken....
NOTE: Murray goes on to quote Joe's lawsuit which claims
"AEG Live, LLC read Michael Jackson the proverbial 'riot act'
to get him to stop subjecting himself to overmedication by
Arnold Klein." So with all that, Moose man. Murray concludes,
" The plaintiff [Joe Jackson] does not explain why, given these
allegations, Moose man. Arnold Klein is not a required party to
be added to accord proper relief."
He and his family were dependant on AEG continuing with
the tour.He had no choice but to accept AEG's dangerous
demandsor suffer the consequences. And it continues to say ,
"He was in no condition to say No to AEG."
Witness present at that rehersal say Michael was not
himself that day.
YOUR HOUSE OF CARDS IS GOING TO COME
CRASHING DOWN;
LIKE KINGS & QUEENS YOUR EMPIRE WILL FALL
According to Randy Phillips, the last thing Michael
said to Randy, June 24th "Thank you for getting me this far,
I can take it from here"...
the next day Michael Jackson was gone.

THIS IS A REPOST: FROM SEPT 25, 2009
NOTE:There's a message that he left us that you
might want to hear: Its important.
The Michael Jackson Tapes: A Tragic
Icon Reveals His Soul in Intimate Conversations.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Michael: If it weren't for children, I would choose death.
I mean it with all my heart.
Rabbi Shmuley: So what gave you the strength to persevere?
Michael Jackson: Believing in children. Believing in young people.
Believing that God gave me this for a reason, to help my babies.
Michael Jackson: The happiness and the joy that I see in the eyes
of the children. They give me-- they saved my life so I want to,
give it back [starts crying]. They saved me, Shmuley. I'm not joking.
Michael Jackson: I would like to- some kind of way disappear, where people don't see me anymore.
RabbiShmuley: You could see that there was a woundedness to him,
he wasn't very trusting, he opened up very slowly.
Meredith Vieira, NBC News: But one of the first questions that people
might ask is "did you betray his confidence in any way by releasing
these tapes now, after his death?"
RabbiShmuley: Not only have I not betrayed any confidences,
Michael used to hold the tape recorders directly to his mouth.
He would constantly talk to me about the book. “Make sure this
is in the book." He desperately wanted this out.
He counted mega-celebrities like Diana Ross and Elizabeth Taylor
among his closest friends. But this is Michael Jackson bluntly dissing Hollywood.
RabbiShmuley: Why don't you hang out with those celebrities,
more Hollywood people?
Michael Jackson: They love the limelight and I don't have anything in
common with them. They want to go clubbing and afterwards they
want to sit around and drink hard liquor and do marijuana and all
kinds of crazy things that I wouldn't do.
Judge Dale Fischer, who presided over
Anthony Pellicano's trial on racketeering and
wiretapping charges opened today
"Having spent a number of years with Mr. Pellicano
I have a great deal of confidence in his abilities,
" Fischer said," In Fact I am not convinced otherwise".
During the hearing, U.S. District Court Judge
Dale Fischer asked if there were any victims in the
courtroom. Anita Busch, the former Los Angeles Times
wasn't planning to talk, but when the judge asked
if I would like to speak, I said yes."
It was nearly ten years ago today that Los Angeles Times
reporter Anita Busch found a dead fish on her car.
There was a rose in the fish's mouth and a note that said:
"Stop."
She took it as a warning about her reporting —
Busch, the former editor in chief of the Hollywood Reporter,
spoke to the courts, My life has been a living Hell,
I've suffered greatly, I lost my sources I lost my health,
I'm afraid for my safety.
Bail is inappropiate today.
At one point Busch turned to Mr. Gruel and said,
" If He's so indigent, Whose Paying you?" Steven Gruel,
remarked, "I haven't made a cent! "
The Judge had to call order then a short break came
before the hearing was closed out.
Gruel went on to say, " Anthony Pellicano hasn't been
PI, He is indigent, He doesn't have any assetts,
doesn't have any clients in his possession
PI simply doesn't exist. No fact at all to say that
he is a flight risk. He has nothing.
We can't look at 2002-2003 and say he's out
destroying evidence that charge was never brought forward.
The RICO charges most likely will be dropped,
I am most confident of that. Tell me,
said Gruel " What is it the goverment is holding on him?
What is it they are concerned of getting or
what do they have on Pellicano, I don't see it, says Gruel.
Closing arguments from the man himself 2008
Pellicano Delivers Own (Hysterical) Closing Arguments
"You didn't hear all of those recordings and they may
have had more evidence to assist you,"
Mr. Pellicano said before
Mr. Saunders exploded with another objection.
Well, nobody wants the jury to hear about how
the government couldn't break the encryption codes
set up by just a private investigator and his nerdy
side-kick, Kevin Kachikian. Pretty sad stuff....
As for what we did hear, Mr. Pellicano apologized.
"Those were never intended to be heard by anyone but
Mr. Pellicano," he said of the phone recordings seized
from his office.
And then, there were his final comments to the jury--
probably the most entertaining final close that I've ever heard.
"Mr. Pellicano refuses to insult your intelligence,"
he said of himself.
"Mr. Pellicano told you that the evidence will show
what the evidence shows and it clearly does."
And, that's a fact Jack.
Finally, he had one last thought for the jury.
"Mr. Pellicano had instructed me not to stand up
here and try to sway you and you know that people do what
Mr. Pellicano says," he argued, prompting the judge to
cover her face with her hand to conceal her laughter. "
"So, I'm going to do what Mr. Pellicano says."
And with that, he thanked the jury for their service and
walked over to his chair with a big smile on his face.
ANTHONY PELLICANO
He didn't take there plea bargin ...
or shall I say cooperate
with what the authorities wanted.

Code of Silence.
Outside the courtroom, Gruel said he is planning to
appeal Fischer’s decision to the 9th Circuit Court of
Appeals later this month.
“I knew it was going to be an uphill battle,” Gruel said.

(The Los Angeles Times, June 11, 2006)
OmertĂ (/ɵˈmÉ›rtÉ™/; Italian pronunciation: [omerˈta])
is a popular cultural attitude and code of honour that
places heavy importance on a deep-rooted "code of silence",
non-cooperation with authorities, and non-interference in
the illegal (and legal) actions of others.
OmertĂ is an extreme form of loyalty and solidarity in the
face of authority. One of its absolute tenets is that it is
deeply demeaning and shameful to betray even one’s
deadliest enemy to the authorities.
Observers of the mafia debate whether omertĂ
should best be understood as an expression of
social consensus surrounding the mafia or
whether it is instead a pragmatic response
based primarily on fear.
The point is succinctly made in a popular Sicilian proverb Cu è surdu, orbu e taci, campa cent'anni 'mpaci

Statement on the death of Michael Jackson by
Jermaine Jackson and Michael Jacksons personal physician,
Dr. Tohme. Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center,
This is a transcript of the statement:
My brother, the legendary king
of pop Michael Jackson,
passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 2:26 p.m. It
is
believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However,
the cause of his
death is unknown until results of the
autopsy are done.
His personal
physician, who was with him at the time,
attempted to resuscitate my brother. As
did the paramedics
who transmitted him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m.,
a team of doctors
including emergency physicians and
cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him
for a period
of more than one hour and they were unsuccessful.
Our family
requests that the media please respect our
privacy during this tough
time.
We all loved being with you Michael, always. We love
you. June 25, 2009
Tohme was introduced to Michael via Jermaine Jackson
whose wife Halima Rashad is a cousin to him.
According to Brian Oxman Joe Jackson's attorney
(http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/5672410)
but both Jermaine/Halima deny such facts
According to the Hollywood Reporter Tohme stepped
into the picture when a dispute erupted between the singer
and Sheikh Abdullah of Bahrain, whose music label had
signed Jackson to an exclusive production agreement.
The relationship between Jackson and the Prince of Bahrain
went bad and for several years in the middle part of the last
decade, Jackson wasn't able to create anything new as the
two were in court with each other. Tohme says that he
personally stepped in here, flying to Bahrain to make peace,
which he says led to a settlement agreement with the Prince.
Afterwards, Tohme assumed his role as Jackson's personal
manager. Much of his work involved housing, loans and
coordinating media appearances. One work that hes noted for
were efforts to save Jackson's beloved Neverland Ranch --
now he has landed himself in a lawsuit with the Michael
Jackson Estate regarding Wrongfully taken property.
They want it back. The hearing begins 1/30/13.

But...
Theres a secret between Michael and Tohme
and 5.5 Million was part of that secret.
Is there something else that is part of that secret.
"Don't tell anyone about this money,'" Michael stated
It's a secret between Michael and Me.according to Tohme.
Shortly after June 25, 2009, Tohme purchased a home
of which i have driven by on ocassion.
The property is in Bel Air sits literally across the street
from where these pictures above were taken.(BEL AIR HOTEL)
Michael looks very uneasy in this picture espically
the one waving. Was Michael signaling that something
was wrong? these pictures were taken around May 2009.
According to a letter sent from Michael:
Michael Jackson broke ties with Tohme in May (09)
and sent a letter to all business associates, in which he
insisted, "Dr. Tohme Tohme is no longer authorized to
represent him. Tohme was evidently fired because Michael
didn’t like the way he handled the auction of some of Michael’s
things from Neverland in April 2009. Tohme still has those
items and stubbornly refuses to turn them over to the estate
(forcing them to have to sue to get them signed over).
According to Fox news Julien says that Weller, who
is partners with Jackson’s manager Tohme R. Tohme
in an enterprise called TRW Advertising, asked to meet
them at a fast food restaurant on Wilshire Boulevard.
There, Julien and Nolan each claim in sworn statements,
Weller made a veiled threat on behalf of Jackson and Tohme.
"During the meeting, Weller told Martin and me that our
lives would be in danger if we did not postpone the auction.
Weller said if we refused to postpone it, we would be in danger
from "Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam;
those people are very protective of Michael."
So..Dr. tohme and Michael wanted to give the message
“Our lives are at stake There will be bloodshed".
These pictures were taken right around the same time
Michael had fired Thome. Michael almost looks as if he
is being escorted against his will here.
Shortly after June 25, 2009 Tohme Tohme,
a former Michael Jackson financial advisor, turned
over more than $5 million of Michael Jackson's money
why would he then go and purchase a home in the
Bel Air Estates for the exact amount Michael had given
him. And the home would be located directly across
from where these pictures were taken.
Administrators of Jackson's estate said in court papers
that they recovered $5.5 million in cash from "one of
Michael Jackson's former financial advisers" and also
recovered "substantial amounts of tangible personal
property," according to this article and they are not
necessarily from the same person.
Tohme said the money "was not recovered."
"I had the money and I gave it to them."
It was a secret between Michael and me," he said.
Tohme said the money came from recording residuals and
was earmarked by Jackson for the purchase of what was to
be his "dream home" in Las Vegas. He told the AP that he
was in negotiations for the home when Jackson died. http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/MichaelJackson/story?id=8172668&page=1

Back in 1996, Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Michael Jackson
launched a joint venture 'Kingdom Entertainment' to develop a
variety of entertainment projects such as movies, books, hotels,
recordings and theme parks all based on 'family values'.
A press conference was held in Paris in April 1996 and both
Al Waleed and Michael revealed their plans and hopes for this
venture.
The first project was the sponsoring of Jackson's HIStory world
tour and then they produced Michael's "Ghosts" music video,
short movie.
Press Conference held with Al Waleed
"I would like to welcome all the journalists and press who are covering
this historic press conference. For reasons I will soon share with you,

Was this all planned under Michael's direction?
Did he know what would come?
What is Kingdom entertainments role in these two works
which Michael partnered in with them on: HIStory and

or is this something he went into knowingly?
We know the relationship Michael had with Alaweed somewhat
disappeared as Michael went through some of his greatest trials
and tribulations of his life. He was never the same following this.
Atleast in the press we are/were led to believe this was a short-
lived relationship.
The relationship with Alaweed would start to fall apart
upon Michael leaving Bahrain.

Prince Abdulla Al-Khalifa of Bahrain in London’s High Court
Sued Jackson for $7 million plus damages.
The prince, in papers sent to me over the weekend, is claiming that
Jackson has an agreement with him to record two albums, write
and produce a live-Broadway kind of show with Jackson’s music
and a cast album, and to write and publish an autobiography.
The prince also paid for Jackson’s lawyers, who handled his financial
renegotiations with Sony and Fortress Trust. At one point in the spring
of 2006, Sony could only deal with Prince Abdulla’s team on behalf
of Michael. They saved him from bankruptcy.
He states that Jackson is in "grave danger of losing" both his Neverland ranch and his stake in Sony/ATV Music Publishing.
Jackson, who has been in Bahrain since shortly after his June
2005 acquittal on child molestation charges, is said to be working
on new material. A new album is tentatively scheduled for release in
"late 2007," according to a statement. "I am incredibly excited about
my new venture and I am enjoying being back in the studio making
music," Jackson says.
In April 2006, Jackson finally signed an agreement with the Prince to create 2Seas Records. The prince built him a state-of-

for all this.U.K. record executive Guy Holmes has been tapped
as CEO of the Two Seas label and will also be tasked with
managing Jackson's other business interests http://www.michaeljackson.com/us/node/1074699
And according to Fox News Jackson left for Japan and then Ireland.
He exited Bahrain and never looked back. He has never returned a
phone call from the prince since he left Bahrain On July 11,2006
the prince says, Jackson's Raymone Bain faxed him a letter
"aggressively seeking [the prince’s] personal agreement to an
express release of [Jackson] from his obligations. …"
When that didn’t happen, Bain sent another letter, this time
stating that Jackson did not intend to work with the prince
and "was unwilling to perform or observe his obligations."

Al-Waleed bin Talal -- who reportedly suggested that the United
States' Middle East policy contributed to causing the 9-11 attacks --
and praised then-Mayor Rudy Giuliani for not accepting a $10
million disaster-relief donation from Al-Waleed.

time capsule of some sorts and has gone straight into the
ceiling of the Sistine Chapel and hovers there round about the
glorious artwork of Michaelangelos "The Last Judgement".
Here again is the screenshot of where MJ takes us in the
opening of the History tour.

This must be one of the most famous pieces of artwork in history
and possibly his most important artwork. When one thinks of
Michelangelo the Painter, one immediately thinks of the fresco –
"The Last Judgement on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel",
which was commissioned by Pope Julius.
The Sistine Chapel Ceiling
Pope Julius II had hired Michelangelo to craft a grand tomb
for him, but then pulled the sculptor off the job and asked him
instead to decorate the chapel ceiling—which at that time was
done in the standard Heavens motif, dark blue with large
gold stars.complained that he was a sculptor, not a frescoist,
but a papal commission cannot be ignored.
It sits above the Grand Alter there in the Sistine Chapel.
We have been warned about God's coming wrath and judgement.
The book of Revelation calls Christians to remain faithful to God
and Christ and to resist the powers of evil in the conviction that
God will prevail and bring salvation in the new Jerusalem.
The book consists of six cycles of visions, each of which warns of the
dangers arising from sin and evil. Yet each cycle concludes by showing
readers the glories of worship in God's presence, which gives reason for
hope. The visions make vivid contrasts between Christ the Lamb and
Satan's agent, the beast. The visions help to alienate readers from
powers of idolatry and oppression, while strengthening their faith
in the salvation God provides.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up,
and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual
wickedness in high places.(Ephesians 6:12)
"For we must all appear before the judgment seat
