"TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE"
Murray took alittle walk.. enjoying time off; this time w/ a baby stroller and a body guard. He was spotted on 3rd Street Promenade down in Santa Monica.
Someone shouts out, "You were just in a Movie" ...
As Eatit would say, Sure looks as if hes enjoying that pretzel.
As we all know the last time in the court's Murray's defense team reportedly asked for access to three fluids collected by the coroner's office, including ones taken from syringes and an IV tube to re-examine test results. So any fluids coming from the body in which they believe to be the body of Michael Jackson could speak billions. (If indeed, Michael Jackson is not dead)

DEMURRER (NTC OF DEMURRER & DEMURRER
OF TO PET FOR ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMNT AGAINST
KATHERINE JACKSON, ETC. **O/C PER 9/14/10 M/O**)
A demurrer is a pleading in a lawsuit that objects to an earlier pleading filed by an opposing party. The word demur means "to object"; a demurrer is the document that makes the objection. In short: an objection to an objection.
Typically, the defendant will demur to the complaint, but it is also possible for plaintiff to demur to an answer.
This is getting real interesting folks. Fasten your set belts...

CAROLWOOD: " MICHAEL JACKSON STYLE "
Carolwood is busy, always lots going on there.
The Tourbuses, the fans, the paparrazi, and now even the Realtor..
They all want a glimpse of the King of Pop's home..
People come from all over the world to be here.
The infamous Carolwood home where Michael Jackson
lived and spent his last 7-8 months up until June 25th 2009.
Lately, there has been some signs, very small, suttle things
that make you wonder. Could he be watching??? Could he be?
There have been the kittens and the one that was saved
coming out from the Carolwood gates, the one seemed to have been
seperated from the mother and the rest that were spotted early on.
This is the one that was rescued.

And Of course the girls are still there outfront selling "Star Maps"
Everyone wants to know " Where Michael Jackson lived".
Today on this steel box that sits right on the corner of
Sunset and Carolwood, a small ink grafatti drawing was
discovered that never had been there before...its beautiful.
I wanted to share it with all the fans.
Just another small jesture and beauty that beheld
Michael Jackson.
Today this picture of Michael Jackson
was spotted, and below is the picture you can see
where it has been placed...Right on the box.
How ironic as where this is where all the action takes
place...

Michael Jackson glove sells for $190K
Vegas auction expected to bring in over $1 million
June 27, 2010, 12:26 PM ET
LAS VEGAS -- Bidders from around the world bought up
Michael Jackson memorabilia worth nearly $1 million
at an auction on the anniversary of his death,
including $190,000 for the Swarovski-crystal-studded
glove he wore on his 1984 Victory Tour.
The bidding that began Friday on more than 200 items was
"unlike anything we've ever experienced," said Darren
Julien of Julien's Auctions, which ran the auction at
Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
Some items, like the glove, brought 10 times more
than their estimated value, he said.
"It just shows you Michael Jackson is the most sought
after and most collectible celebrity of all time.
It was just phenomenal," Julien told the Las Vegas
Review-Journal.
One of the last autographs Jackson signed,
and dated June 24, 2009,in his handwriting,
went for $21,000.
"People flew in from Asia, Russia, all over.
Now that he's gone, we now realize the true legend we lost,"
said Julien, who has not had a similar auction in his 15 years
in the business. He predicted the sales would easily top $1
million by the time the auction wrapped up Sunday.
The glove had been expected to sell for between $20,000
and $30,000.The $190,000 sale price included the buyer's
premium of $30,000,a standard industry fee that goes to
the auction house, Julien said.
The winning bidder was Wanda Kelley of Los Angeles,
who also bought a number of Jackson's albums at the
auction, the Las Vegas Sun reported. She said she was
prepared to go higher if necessary.
"Let's just say I wasn't walking out of here without
that glove," she said.

" THESE ARE MY KEEP SAKE, THESE ARE MY TREASURES "
" THIS WAS TO BE HIS LEGACY TO HIS CHILDREN
AND THE LEGACY IS BEING SOLD OFF "
HONG KONG — The auction house that is putting Michael
Jackson's memorabilia under the hammer in Macau has
dismissed accusations that the sale goes against the singer's
wishes, a report said Sunday.
More than 100 items once used by Jackson - including a pair
of crystal-studded gloves and a set of Jackson 5 jumpsuits
-- will go on a sale by US-based Julien's Auctions in the
glitzy gambling haven of Macau in October 9.
But in an interview with British tabloid Daily Star
in August, Jackson's former lawyer, Brian Oxman, said
the late star had tried to stop the auction, and the
sale in Macau would be tantamount to selling off his
children's estate.
"This is an outrage. Back in May of 2009 there was to
be an auction. Michael demanded it was stopped.
He never wanted this material to be auctioned,"
Oxman was quoted as saying to the tabloid.
"He would be furious. He would be turning in his grave.
This was to be his legacy to his children, and the legacy
of his children is being sold off," he said in the report.
In response, Darren Julien, president and chief executive
of Julien's Auctions, told the South China Morning Post
that Oxman was "only seeking publicity" in levelling
accusations against the auction house.
None of the items are consigned to us by the estate of
Michael Jackson. The items come to us from some of
Michael Jackson's family members and friends who he gave
them to when he was alive," Julien told the Hong Kong
English daily.
"We would never and have never done anything that would
hurt them [the Jacksons] or that they would not be supportive
of Brian Oxman on the other hand is only concerned for himself,"
he told the Post.
"It's the best collection of Michael Jackson items that
we've ever assembled, and all come to us from his family
and from friends he gave them to," said Darren Julien,
chief executive of US-based Julien?s Auctions.
The items include a right-hand black crystal-studded glove,
a jacket Jackson wore during filming of a 1984 Pepsi commercial
in which he suffered serious burns in an accident, and white
cotton socks encrusted with clear crystals.
Also on display is an orange shirt he wore for the 1992 "Jam"
video session with basketball legend Michael Jordan and a
complete set of red-and-gold jumpsuits he and his siblings
-- collectively the Jackson 5 -- sported in the 1970s.
The exhibition continues in Tokyo until September 6
before travelling to Santiago, Chile. It then heads to
Macau for the auction of 115 items on October 9 at the
former Portuguese colony's Ponte 16 gaming resort.
Among some of the collection is :
Peter Pan drawing by Michael Jackson. Crayon on paper,
hand drawn and signed. Estimate: $8,000 - $10,000

JOE JACKSON'S DAY IN COURT GRANTED
Jackson family patriarch JOE JACKSON has been granted his
day in court to fight for a portion of his late son Michael's cash.
Michael Jackson's 2002 will stated that his estate should be
left in the hands of John Branca and John McClain in the event
of his death, but the singer's father has been keen to contest the
document since Jackson died last summer (Jun09).
He challenged the validity of the paperwork after it emerged
his son was in New York on the date he is said to have signed
the document in California
Joe Jackson subsequently took legal action to have Branca and
McClain disqualified, insisting his son's name was forged on
the will, and that his name should have been included in the
document.
On Thursday (02Sep10), a judge ruled that Joe Jackson's
case will be heard at the California Court of Appeal on
6 October (10).
