THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED ALBUM " MICHAEL"

MICHAEL the first album from the pop star in nine
years, has been already tainted by unhappy fans
disappointed with the quality of what Sony and MJ’s
estate swear is the King of Pop’s vocals on
“Breaking News“.

Not a great way to kick off a highly
anticipated release, but hopefully the lead single
“Hold My Hand”, a duet Michael recorded with Akon
in 2007, will make up for it. The world was not
ready to hear 'Hold My Hand' when it leaked a
couple years ago," Akon told Reuters.
"We were devastated about it. ...

But its time has definitely come; now in its
final state, it has become an incredible,
beautiful, anthemic song."

Sony is projecting first week sales to be in
the range of 340,000. They are shipping 900,000
copies to stores.

The first official single from Michael
will be "Hold My Hand," and it will premiere
on Michael Jackson's official site this
Monday,November 15, 2010. According to the label,
there is a handwritten note from Michael Jackson
that confirms he wanted "Hold My Hand" to be
released as the first single.

The song was recorded with Akon in 2007.
Final production has been completed since
Michael Jackson's death.

  1. The statement in the article, which captures my attention is " According to the label,
there is a handwritten note from Michael Jackson that confirms he wanted "Hold My Hand" to be released as the first single.

Now, this leads me to wonder WHEN was the handwritten note dated? Hmmm...
