On a cold windy eve of Nov 30, 2011 The X FACTOR did a tribute to the King Of Pop "Michael Jackson" being that it was the 29 year anniversary of the release of "Thriller".
Michael's Children Paris, Prince and Blanket along with his mother Katherine, Jackie, Tito and Marlin were all in attendance.
So... the Hatman, sitting directly next to John Branca who was sitting behind Katherine Jackson.
The End of the evening, the last song performed was Earth song and it was then they showed a clear shot of Hatman, Blanket turned and looked.

A very close friend toured Michael Jackson's rented mansion with the intention to make a offer on the $38 million dollar home". I asked him to take pictures for me so I could get a better sense of the home in which Michael Jackson would breathe his last breath. I was surprised to see that vestiges of Michael Jackson and his children remain in the house, untouched.
Upon seeing Michael Jackson's handwritten affirmations on his bedroom mirror and reading his children's message to him on a chalkboard in the kitchen, I was moved beyond words. I could no longer just write these articles as one who is not emotionally affected by this trial.
This is it for the Michael Jackson trial. The evidence is no longer being seen by the public on national television or watched live on countless websites, it is locked in the jury room, with the jurors who will decide the fate of Dr. Conrad Murray.
It's been a six week trial, wherein the prosecution laid out their case over a five week period. The defense used only one week to present evidence in an attempt to prove the innocence of Dr. Conrad Murray.
In total, 49 witnesses took the stand.
To my surprise, the defense's strongest evidence presented was in the form of character witnesses.
CHARACTER WITNESSES
The tour had the potential to erase Michael's estimated $400 million debt and make him very rich again. At the time of his death, AEG was paying for everything in his life including his rented Los Angeles mansion, his personal chef, his entire staff, as well as, the huge production expenses of This Is It.
Phillips testified that Michael would have to reimburse AEG $30 millions dollars for personal living expenses, but this was not a real concern for the contracted parties due to the sold-out status of the tour.
In fact, Mr. Phillips had a very intimate conversation with Michael wherein Michael cried. Phillips said, "The primary reason was that he wanted to finally settle down and get a really, really good home for the kids and his family so they weren't in his words living like vagabonds."

Judge Pastor: There was a typo in the date of the "ALLEGED" incident..it was written: June 9th instead of June 25th!!!
( I believe that is why the verdict got moved from being read Friday to Today Nov. 7th. ) one of the reasons.
I would say this is a pretty big deal.
The alleged incident that involved the alleged victim.
Juror #3 you have corrected that to June 25th so they get the date of the murder wrong on the man they are convicting and on a victim who is allegedly dead.

Colony Capital (CC) is seemingly linked to everyone regarding Michael Jackson's last few years on earth. We know that Tohme worked for CC. We know that CC bought Neverland. We know that Tom Barrack and William Bone own Sunrise Colony, which holds the mortgage on Conrad Murray's Las Vegas soon-to-be-foreclosed home in the Red Rock Country Club. We know that Tohme enlisted Tom Barrack to not only buy the nearly defaulted loan on Neverland, but we also know that Tom Barrack also enlisted Randy Phillips and Phillip Anschutz of AEG to work with Michael on the 02 concer.Tohme Tome got Barrack to buy the Mortgage on Neverland.
Barrack sells mortgage to Anschutz....to save his home Anschutz demands 30 concerts and gets the incompetent Murray from Barrack.
