Breaking News: Witness Affidavit to BHPD regarding
Raffles van Exel involvement in the Whitney Houston death

The affidavit was transmitted to BHPD at 7:24am

HSK Exclusive - Well known Beverly Hills attorney,
Ronald Richards has received a sworn statement
from a Hollywood Street King (HSK) witnesses, who
is a Dutch national and has an extensive history
with the man known as Raffles van Exel. The affidavit
alleges knowledge of Raffles engaging in cocaine
distribution and numerous narcotics related conduct
consistent with large scale narcotics trafficking.

The witness also has information of Raffles
shipping Federal express packages between
Amsterdam, Los Angeles and Chicago, which are
well documented narcotics routes, for source

Earlier that day Harvey at TMZ had
dropped this tweet and now the story had
changed once again:

the cocaine in the room that sources say Raffles cleared out was now Bogus according to TMZ

So Now the BHPD had taken it ....
We're told Beverly Hills detectives are
NOT investigating rumors that someone removed
cocaine from the room, because they're convinced
it wasn't removed.

Sources directly involved in the investigation
told TMZ early on ... no illegal drugs were
recovered from the room. We have circled back
with these sources who now tell us they were
unaware at the time that cocaine was present
We're told Beverly Hills detectives are NOT
investigating rumors that someone removed
cocaine from the room, because they're convinced
it wasn't removed.

Bottom line -- cops are in the final stages of
their investigation, but they are not focusing
on anyone who possibly removed cocaine, because
authorities are in possession of the goods.

Sources directly involved in the investigation
