FBI FILES DECLASSIFIED: SECRET AGENT MAN
FBI FILES HAVE BEEN DECLASSIFIED
AS OF 12/22/09 AND CAN BE FOUND HERE.
POSTED ARE THE LINKS AND SUMMARY:
http://foia.fbi.gov/hottopics.htm
Michael Joseph Jackson, a celebrity pop star,
was born on August 29, 1958.
He died unexpectedly on June 25, 2009
at the age of 50.
Between 1993 and 1994 and separately between 2004 and 2005,
Mr. Jackson was investigated by California law enforcement
agencies for possible child molestation. He was acquitted of all
such charges. The FBI provided technical and investigative
assistance to these agencies during the cases.
The Bureau also investigated threats made against
Mr. Jackson and others by an individual who was
later imprisoned for these crimes.
This release consists of seven separate files,
as described below:
9A-LA-142276: 1992 to 1993, 196 pages
This file details a Los Angeles field office investigation
into extortion threats against Michael Jackson and
others in 1992. The subject of this investigation pled
guilty and was sentenced to prison in 1993.
A total of 111 pages were withheld to prevent duplication
of material already released or to protect personal privacy,
the identity of sources that provided information to the FBI
in confidence, and internal rules and practices.
Some information was referred to the U.S. Secret Service.
62D-LA-162715: September 16, 1993 to August 8, 1994, 56 pages
This file involves a Los Angeles field office investigation
opened to assist local authorities with a child
molestation case in 1993.
The case never went to trial.
Ninety-five pages were withheld to prevent
duplication of material already released or to
protect personal privacy, the identity of sources
that provided information to the FBI in confidence,
and internal rules and practices.
62D-L0-11779: September 2, 1993 to October 22, 1993, 9 pages
This file was opened by the FBI’s legal attaché office in
London when it assisted local authorities with a child
molestation investigation in 1993.
Thirteen pages were withheld to protect personal privacy
and the identity of sources that provided information to
the FBI in confidence.
95A-HQ-1148159: October 30, 1995 to January 24, 1997, 8 pages
This file details a request made to the FBI to analyze
a VHS videotape provided by the U.S. Customs Service
as part of a child pornography investigation.
Some information was redacted to protect personal
privacy. Four pages were referred to U.S. Customs
and Immigration Enforcement for a release determination.
62D-LA-236081: January 15, 2004 to April 27, 2004, 41 pages
Our Los Angeles field office opened this file when it
was asked by local authorities to provide forensic computer
analysis assistance in a child molestation investigation in 2004.
The examination of evidence in this case was conducted by
the FBI’s Computer Analysis and Response Team (CART).
Mr. Jackson was ultimately acquitted of these charges in
a California court.
One hundred and twenty-three pages were withheld
to protect personal privacy, the identity of sources that
provided information to the FBI in confidence, and
internal rules and practices or to prevent the disclosure
of techniques and procedures for law enforcement
investigations or prosecutions.
305B-LA-239205: September 14, 2004 to December 9, 2004, 5 pages

WHAT WENT WRONG: PELLICANO, WEITZMAN AND FIELDS
The Untold Story
Part 3 Mary A. Fischer
GQ, October 1994 "Portions of the article"
"From the day Weitzman joined Jackson's defense team,"
he was talking settlement," says Bonnie Ezkenazi,
an attorney who worked for the defense.
With Fields and Pellicano still in control of Jackson's
defense, they adopted an aggressive strategy. They
believed staunchly in Jackson's innocence and vowed
to fight the charges in court.
Pellicano began gathering evidence to use in the
trial,which was scheduled for March 21, 1994.
"They had a very weak case," says Fields.
"We wanted to fight. Michael wanted to fight
and go through a trial. We felt we could win.
On November 23, the friction peaked.
Based on information he says he got from Weitzman,
Fields told a courtroom full of reporters that
a criminal indictmentold against Jackson seemed
imminent. Fields had a reason for making the
statement: He was trying to delay the boy's civil
suit by establishing that there was an impending
criminal case that should be tried first.
Outside the courtroom, reporters asked why Fields
had made the announcement, to which Weitzman
replied essentially that Fields "misspoke himself "
The comment infuriated Fields, "because it
wasn't true," he says. "It was just an outrage.
I was very upset with Howard. "Fields "
There was this vast group of people all wanting
to do a different thing, and it was like moving
through molasses to get a decision," says Fields.
"It was a nightmare, and I wanted to get the hell
out of it." Pellicano, who had received his share of
flak for his aggressive manner, resigned at the same
time.
With Fields and Pellicano gone, Weitzman brought
in Johnnie Cochran Jr., a well-known civil attorney
who is now helping defend O.J. Simpson. And John
Branca, whom Fields had replaced as Jackson's
general counsel in 1990, was back on board.
In late 1993, as DAs in both Santa Barbara
and Los Angeles counties convened grand
juries to assess whether criminal charges
should be filed against Jackson, the defense
strategy changed course and talk of settling
the civil case began in earnest, even though
his new team also believed in Jackson's
innocence.
Why would Jackson's side agree to settle out
of court, given his claims of innocence and
the questionable evidence against him? His
attorneys apparently decided there were any
factors that argued against taking the case
to civil court.
The only person who lost is Michael Jackson.
But Jackson, says Branca, changed his mind about
[taking the case to trial] when he returned to this
country. He hadn't seen the massive coverage and
how hostile it was.
He just wanted the whole thing to go away.
Was MJ Framed? Part 3 Was Michael Jackson Framed?
Why did Fields and Pellicano walk that day?
With Weitzman and Branca back in...
WHAT WAS REALLY HAPPENING?
The story is far from over... Stay Tuned

CHRISTMAS WREATHS AT CAROLWOOD
THE CHRISTMAS WREATHS
AT MICHAEL JACKSON'S HOUSE.
This picture was taken Sept 20, 2009
FOR US, CHRISTMAS SHOULD BE ALL
YEAR ROUND
For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6
Matthew 1:21

Actor, radio personality, and Tony nominated producer
Professionally, Michael Jackson has achieved
more than most of us can even dream. His music
has lifted each one of us out of more than a funk
or two, while his videos and dance beckon millions
of fans to strive toward perfection. Like The Beatles
and Elvis, Jackson is one of the few timeless and
resonate voices of our generation.
Michael Jackson never targets for the middle.
There is something undefined within us that seeks
to provoke our heroes until they lie before us broken
and beaten. Perhaps mediocrity just wants to prove
that aiming for perfection exacts too high a price.
The magnifying glass under which Michael Jackson
has lived his entire life has exacted an obvious price.
Still as we berate him we can't stop watching him --
no matter how often we think we've seen it all.
My sense is he'd never want the anonymity of a life
out of the limelight. His latest concert announcement
is a testament that he still has inspiration to share
with his fans.
It's only with that sense of respect and awe --
and my own warped desire for Warhol's immortal
fifteen minutes that I am reporting on his Christmas
decorations. Jackson is one of a kind.
I'm glad he's in my neighborhood and in the world.

Revocation of Will
Los Angeles Superior Court - Probate
The Revocation Of Wills
Sec. 189. The Right To Revoke
A will may be revoked at any time before the testator's
death unless he is under contract not to revoke.
A will is a revocable instrument. It confers no
rights except upon the death of the testator.
It takes effect upon death and then only. A will
is completely within the power of the testator
until his death and he may make any number of wills, and yet finally die intestate.
It is true that a testator may be under contract
to make a will, or not to make a will, and where
this contract is upon a full and fair consideration
the courts will enforce it.
NOTE:
If a person does not leave a will, or the will
is declared invalid, the person will have died
intestate, resulting in the distribution of the
estate according to the laws of
Descent and Distribution
of the state in which the person resided.
Because of the importance of a will, the law
requires it to have certain elements to be valid.
Apart from these elements, a will may be ruled
invalid if the testator made the will as the result
of undue influence, fraud, or mistake.
NOTE: The Claimant that filed this obviously
is following this case very closely.
The will that currently is on file, states this:
LAST WILL OF MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON I,
MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON, a resident of
the State of California, declare this to be my last Will,
and do hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made
by me.
If indeed the will is invalid/no good (ie: forged; other)
then you can be assured things will take a sudden turn
in the ongoing mysterious case of Michael Jackson.
WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE THE EVIDENCE IS OVERWHELMING

it clear --
Part of the deal -- that he not sign any other
concert deal for 18 months. But then Jacko went
and signed up for his London concerts which are
scheduled to begin in July.
The company that organized the family concert
--- AllGood Entertainment -- got Michael, daddy
Joe Jackson and several others in a room yesterday
at the Bev Hills Hotel.
The meeting was heated and no one agreed to anything.

Back in 1996, Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Michael Jackson
launched a joint venture 'Kingdom Entertainment' to develop a
variety of entertainment projects such as movies, books, hotels,
recordings and theme parks all based on 'family values'.
A press conference was held in Paris in April and both Al Waleed
and Michael revealed their plans and hopes for this venture.
The first project was the sponsoring of Jackson's HIStory world
tour and then they produced Michael's "Ghosts" music video,
short movie.

eventually fell apart.

A PUZZLED PUBLIC GROWS RESTLESS
A puzzled public grows restless"
By Dr. Firpo Carr
Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
November 26, 2009 - December 2, 2009
"WHY IS THE MICHAEL JACKSON DEATH
INVESTIGATION TAKING SO LONG?!"
"Why is Dr. Conrad Murray still walking around a free man
while Michael Jackson’s murdered body lies cold in a tomb?!"
These are just two of the many unanswered exclamatory questions
rocking the Gloved One’s magic kingdom. Make no mistake about it.
These questions are not cleverly worded inquiries designed to grab
your attention. Longtime Michael Jackson fans, as well as recent
converts, remain traumatized over his death. They languish
inconsolably in a swirling pool of emotions. My heart truly
goes out to them. A brief overview of a few of the potpourri
of events occurring since Michael’s death clearly illustrates
the reasons why a restless public is growing ever more
disenchanted. Concurrently, a consideration of the associated
commentary may helpun-muddy murky waters.
DID MJ KNOW OF HIS IMPENDING DEATH?:
Several people who were with Michael in his last days speak
of his as being extremely paranoid, thinking that "they"
were out to get him. Who were "they"? Presumably, say Jackson
supporters, those in charge of his assets--particularly entities
who stood to gain the most by acquiring complete possession of
his Beatles catalogue. Interestingly, this is precisely in line
with what he told me when he called me up and said:
"They’re after my catalogue." He went even further
with Dick Gregory. The famed civil rights activist called
and told me Michael told him: "They’re trying to kill me."
To say that fans are anxious over this would be a gross understatement.
TEN SHOWS ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED:
There has been lots of fuss over whether Michael Jackson agreed
to do 10 shows in London or 50 shows there at the O2 Arena.
An original advertisement clearly reveals that there would be 10
shows only. This is consistent with what Michael himself said.
Apparently he realized his thin, frail frame could barely withstand
the 10 shows he agreed to. As far as his physical stamina is
concerned, his performance in This Is It shows he was a mere
shadow of his former self. Even so,the movie demonstrated
that his incomparable talent remained intact.
WRONG NAMES ON BIRTH CERTIFICATES?:
It has been alleged that there is an apparent naming
inconsistency of Michael Jackson's children in the in what is
reportedly —yet controversially—his "Will." How does this translate
into a functional reality? This amounts to nothing more than a minor
technicality—so I’m told —in that the children of Michael Jackson—
whatever their true and accurate names may be—are entitled to
certain rights. It is not uncommon for a persons to have one name
on their birth certificates but go by a completely different name
throughout their lifetimes.
WONDERMENT OVER THE "WILL":
Joseph Jackson, Michael’s father, filed a court document
(Case No. BP 117321) on Tuesday, November 10, 2009,
objecting to the appointent of John Branca, Michael’s former
attorney who he fired, and John McClain as the Executors and
Special Administrators of the Estate of Michael Jackson. The
elder Jackson objects in part because he alleges the following:
"Branca Had a Conflicts of Interest Because of the Sony/ATV Trust.
Branca was the Trustee of the Sony/ATV Trust through 2003.
Branca negotiated business music licensing agreement for both
Michael Jackson and Sony/ATV for songs they independently
owned. Branca had conflicts of interest when he acted for Michael
Jackson and Sony/ATV on the same subject matter. By drafting
a Will where Branca was Michael Jackson’s Executor, Branca
had an inherent conflicts of interest with Michael Jackson.
His position as Executor would permit him to engage in self-
dealing whereby he would stand in the shoes of Michael
Jackson while also representing the Trust.
"The conflicts of interest disqualified Branca from serving
as Michael Jackson’s Executor without a full disclosure of
the conflicts and Michael Jackson’s approval of the conflicts
by independent counsel before Michael Jackson signed his Will
making Branca and McClain Executors. John McClain suffered
form the same conflicts of interest. He was the Trustee of the
MJ Publishing Trust. By being Michael Jackson’s Executor
both Branca and McClain would be able to self-deal where
the Trusts they represented would purchase properties or
license songs which should have been for Michael Jackson’s
benefit. Their self-dealing required a conflicts of interest
disclosure before Michael Jackson signed the supposed
July 7, 2002, Will. Neither Branca nor McClain made a
conflicts disclosure to Michael Jackson for the purported
July 7, 2002, Will."
How do I feel about the whole matter? While the Bible
acknowledges that one reaps what one sows (Galatians 6:7),
it also states: "When your enemy falls, do not rejoice; and
when he is caused tostumble, may your heart not be joyful."
(Proverbs 24:17) Given this reality, some may be experiencing
uneasiness about the need to suppress a celebratory spirit.
Indeed, heaven help us all.
Roger Friedman Slanders Joe Jackson?: Because Joe Jackson,
who singlehandedly orchestrated the success of Michael Jackson
and the Jackson 5, didn’t graduate Harvard, he’s often the brunt
of brutal media attacks. Is some of the criticism justified? It
can be argued either way. Still, outright lies are inexcusable.
When I was on CNN’s Joy Behar Show a month ago today
(October 26, 2009) with long-time Jackson family critic
Roger Friedman (formerly of Fox News), he not only made
fun of Michael’s death, he said Joe Jackson was charging
exorbitant prices to a private viewing of This Is It, and was
guilty of other illegalities. Joe told me himself that nothing
could be farther from the truth. Friedman provided no proof
of these outlandish allegations.
Finally, the question that screams for resolution is:
Will the jigsaw puzzle that is Michael Jackson finally be
pieced together to reveal the big picture that we’re all
eagerly waiting to behold? Only time will tell. I like to
think that we won’t have to hurry up and wait much longer.
Please pray that I’m right. Amen."

A DELIBERATE PLAN

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CONSPIRACY TO FORCE MICHAEL JACKSON INTO
BANKRUPTCY REVEALED
In what could be one of the biggest conspiracies in
entertainment history, documents have been sent to
Michael Jackson, and his representatives, which reveal
a deliberate plan by some former attorneys as well as
associates and advisors, to force Mr. Jackson into
involuntary bankruptcy.
The documents reveal that former attorneys actively
solicited other attorneys, vendors and creditors to
“join in a petition to place the client in involuntary
bankruptcy.”
Mr. Jackson who, on June 27, 2006, announced sweeping
organizational changes, has instructed his legal team to
investigate and file claims against those responsible for
conspiracy, bad faith, and self dealing. These efforts
may also result in civil and/or criminal charges, where
appropriate.
In addition, there is a strong possibility
that these documents will be forwarded to the U.S.
Attorney General for review and possible involvement.
“Mr. Jackson is neither shocked or surprised by these
revelations,” says Raymone K. Bain, Michael Jackson’s
General Manager. “Based on the timing of events that have
impacted his personal and professional life in recent years,
he has long been suspicious that some of those whom he
entrusted to act on his behalf, and to advise him with
respect to his personal and business affairs, may not have
always acted in his best interests.”

A COMING TOGETHER FOR THE JACKSON'S
Los Angeles, California (CNN) --
Michael Jackson's family gathered Tuesday for an early
Thanksgiving dinner, determined not to let money and fame
pull it apart, the pop icon's older brother said.
"That's really, really important because we're a family
and throughout the years, the managers, the agents and
Hollywood have tried to come between that," Jermaine J
ackson said. "What they don't know is we were together
before we came out here and we're going to continue
to be together."
Jackson spoke to CNN at a Tuesday morning screening
of his brother's "This Is It" movie for inner-city
students in Los Angeles.
He said he has stayed away from the Michael Jackson
estate legal battle, which pitted his mother's lawyer
against his father's lawyer earlier this month.
"When there's a lot of fame and fortune and attorneys,
accountants and advisers and managers and agents, it
gets like this," Jermaine Jackson said. "But at the same
time, my mother is the boss and regardless of what the
executors want to do at the end of the day,
she has the say."
When family matriarch Katherine Jackson dropped her
legal challenge of the men named in Michael Jackson's
will to run his estate, family patriarch Joe Jackson's
lawyer was launching his own challenge. This set off a
bitter courtroom battle between the lawyers for the
Jackson parents.
"She has now reneged on her obligation to her family,"
Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, told the judge. He
said Katherine Jackson's reversal was "one of the most
despicable displays" he's ever seen in court.
Oxman accused her of reaching a secret deal --
behind Joe Jackson's back -- with the men who control
their son's estate.
Jermaine Jackson said despite what you may
read, the Jackson family will "pull together."
"There's strength in numbers, and when there's a family
like ours, we pull together," he said. "We find strength
within each other."
Katherine Jackson does not celebrate holidays because of
her religion -- she a Jehovah's Witness -- but the Jackson
brothers, sisters, and their children do traditionally
gather for one day Thanksgiving week, he said. Tuesday is
the day, he said.
"And it's really tough because Michael's no longer with us,
but he'll always be with us in spirit, but you just continue
to move on," he said.
Michael Jackson's three children -- Prince, 12, Paris, 11,
and Blanket, 7 -- are "doing great" and are "best friends"
with his children, Jermaine Jackson said.
"They're doing well," he said. "They're getting their
lessons done. They have wonderful tutors and programs,
they're getting a chance to go out and do things.
They're getting a chance to travel."
An A&E network reality TV series that focuses on the lives
of four of the Jackson brothers -- Jackie, Jermaine, Tito
and Marlon -- debuts next month.
Filming of "The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty" -- in the works
before Michael Jackson's June 25 death -- is about to wrap, he said.
He said his main job now is to promote his brother's legacy.
Jermaine Jackson walked down the red carpet with dozens
of students before the "This Is It" screening. Michael
Jackson's vocal coach and several musicians featured in
show also were there.
Los Angeles artist David Ilan, who is creating a
Michael Jackson tribute portrait with 1 million hand-drawn
dots, added a dot on his artwork for each of them.
The technique, "pointillism," allows Jackson fans
worldwide to sign up online to have a dot added in their name.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL
JACKSON'S ESTATE HEATS UP
Jackson estate is heating up rights war
By PETER LAURIA Posted: 1:01 AM, October 26, 2009
Representatives of Michael Jackson's estate are talking
to Universal Music Group and others about submitting a
competing bid -- just as Sony Music is close to inking
a deal for the King of Pop's unreleased material, The
Post has learned.
Sony Music and lawyers John Branca and John McClain --
the court-appointed reps for Jackson's estate -- are in
advanced talks to extend Jackson's deal with the label
to cover any recordings made after 2004.
Under current terms, the label controls the rights
to recordings made prior to 2004 until they revert
to the estate in a few years. However, about 70
unreleased songs created after 2004 are up for grabs.
Jackson died June 25.
Sources said the estate is seeking a large upfront
payment and a higher royalty rate in any new deal,
and that Sony is offering one or the other but not both.
"We're trying to figure out the terms," said a source
involved in the talks.
Sources said the estate would like to set a new deal
while interest in Jackson is still high, with the goal
of getting the first album of new material in stores
by early next year.
As Jackson's incumbent record label, one source said of
the deal with Sony, "It's theirs to lose."
A second person involved in the talks with Sony said
there was at least one other bidder for the post-2004
recordings. This person declined to name the company
and characterized its interest as informal. Two other
sources close to the situation pegged Universal as the
other bidder.
"Nobody talks to EMI anymore, and Warner Music is weak
internationally," said one source. "Universal and Sony
have the two best worldwide distribution systems, so
Branca is probably trying to play them against each
other to get the highest bid."
A Universal rep denied the label was interested.
Jackson's estate and Sony each declined to comment.
Absent a competing bid, leverage in the talks could
swing to either the estate or Sony depending on the
performance of this week's release of the concert film
"This Is It" and its accompanying soundtrack.

"The whole thing centered on Tommy Mottola

at odds, and Jackson's information was that Mottola and
Malnik got together to fu*k him. He said he believed Malnik

THE RELATIONSHIP & IT'S BITTER END
Jackson's trial, from his home in New Orleans to the
Los Angeles home owned by Jackson's parents, where he
stayed several days before Jackson finally had him over
to Neverland Valley. He said the two of them met in a
bungalow on the property before Jackson drove him
around the ranch in an old pickup truck.
"The whole thing centered on Tommy Mottola
setting him up," Novel told me. "Mottola and him were
at odds, and Jackson's information was that Mottola and
Malnik got together to fu*k him. He said he believed Malnik
was representing the Mob."
He said Jackson had special loathing for Malnik
because he felt betrayed by him. When I told him
that Malnik was saying that Jackson had made him
executor of his estate, he was dubious.
"He had split up with Malnik," said Novel.
"He never said anything about Malnik being executor
of his will. And based on how pissed off Jackson was
at him at the time, I wouldn't believe it on a bet"
Jackson was very very afraid.
This is laughable. The two men were indeed friends at
one time, but there's a reason the photographs date all
the way back to 2003. The two men had a falling out after
Jackson began to believe that Malnik, who has known
Mafia ties and was once a close associate of Meyer Lansky,
was trying to wrangle Jackson's rights to half the Beatles
catalog of songs from him, rights that are worth an
estimated half billion dollars.
The source of this information is Gordon Novel, a character of
intrigue himself from the Kennedy assassination, Watergate,
and Waco. Novel worked in the Lyndon Johnson administration
and spent years working as an investigator for former U.S.
Attorney General Ramsey Clark. Vanity Fair's Maureen Orth
first reported that Novel had met with Jackson in 2005 in an
attempt to get the investigator to find proof that Malnik was
part of a conspiracy involving Sony's Tommy Mottola and film
director Brett Ratner, a Malnik protoge, to take over his assets.
It went on to say: It's clear that whether Malnik had any
ulterior motives in befriending Jackson, the pop star ended
up believing he was an enemy out to get his Beatles songs.
We'll have to wait and see if the world media continues to
eat out of Malnik's hand or if it actually reports the truth
about the relationship and its bitter end.

MICHAEL JACKSON FIRED BRANCA: EMBEZZLEMENT
A GRAND CONSPIRACY
FOR VANITY FAIR
The Jacksons believed that it was all a grand conspiracy,
that the accuser’s mother was being paid by Jackson’s
enemies, who wanted to take control of his major economic
asset, the Sony/ATV Music catalogue, which holds publishing
rights to 251 Beatles songs and works by scores of other
pop artists. Jackson claimed that the main conspirators
were Sony Records; its former president, Tommy Mottola;
and Santa Barbara County district attorney Tom Sneddon,
the prosecutor, who also investigated Jackson in 1993.
The catalogue is held jointly by Jackson and Sony,
and Jackson’s share is mortgaged for more than $200 million.
If Jackson defaults,Sony has first chance to buy his half
as early as this coming December. (A Sony spokesperson said,
“We are not going to comment on any aspect of this.”)
Take General Maximo Overkill, for instance. That's his soldier of
fortune's nom de guerre. His real name is Gordon Novel, and he
moves in those spooky circles which he calls "high strange,"
where conspiracies flourish and cloak-and-dagger investigations
overlap. He cut his teeth working for former New Orleans district
attorney Jim Garrison on the J.F.K. assassination, and he boasts
that he served as former attorney general Ramsey Clark's "Doberman"
at Waco. Several weeks before the trial began, I was put in touch with
him through Steven Saltzman—the son of a James Bond–film producer
—in Monaco, who told me that Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine had
been seeking Novel's advice on how to stop the trial.
Happier times ?
Jackson explained to Novel that the conspirators had
introduced him to Al Malnik, a wealthy Miami attorney
who had once represented Meyer Lansky. Malnik later
helped Jackson refinance his loans. That was not what
Jackson told Novel, however. According to Novel, Jackson
said he was lured to Malnik’s house in Miami Beach by film
director Brett Ratner to see a house so beautiful it would
make him catatonic. He said that once he was there, however,
Malnik, who Jackson claimed had Mafia ties, wanted to put his
fingers in the singer’s business. Jackson also said he received a
call from Tommy Mottola while he was there, which aroused
his suspicion, but he did not tell Novel that he later put Malnik
on the board of the Sony/ATV Music partnership.
(Reached by telephone, Malnik scoffed at the idea of a conspiracy or of
his having any Mafia ties. He said, “It does not make any sense.”
Ratner confirmed that he took Jackson to Malnik’s house and that
he considers Malnik a father figure.)
Jackson and Mottola have been at odds for years. In New York
in July 2002, Jackson staged a public protest against Mottola
with the Reverend Al Sharpton, calling him a racist and “very,
very devilish.” He called for a boycott of Sony, which is believed
to have contributed to Mottola’s ouster from the company six
months later.
Jackson is reportedly so frightened of Mottola that one of the
reasons he surrounded himself with Nation of Islam guards in
2003 was that he thought Mottola could put out a hit on him.
(Mottola could not be reached for comment.)
Jackson believes the judge, the D.A., and the Sony guys
are a conspiracy to take over his money.”

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO MICHAEL JACKSON?
You may not be ready for the answer
By Dr. Firpo Carr Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
November 5 - 11, 2009
Please be advised that this article is going to cause
more questions than it answers. Regrettably, you probably
should prepare yourself for more frustration as you yearn
to find out who exactly is responsible for the death of
Michael Joseph Jackson. If I've learned nothing else from
all that I know (or think I know), it's this:
Few things are as they seem. That's right.
The "obvious" isn't so "obvious" after all. There are so
many twists and turns in this plot that it rigorously tests
your sanity. The entire affair is deeply shroud of mystery
and the puppet masters are well hidden behind the cloak of
anonymity.
But are these masters of illusion responsible for the death
of the King of Pop? Why are they so clandestine in their actions?
Do they have something to hide? The obvious answer is yes,
they're concealing something. And why are they concealing
this something? Prepare yourself to enter a multidimensional
array of mind-boggling mazes and lurid labyrinths where good
guys and bad guys swap roles as they evoke disillusionment
and heartbreak. Believe me, if you knew just some of the details
it would make you want to take your marbles and go home.
Here's what I mean.
In the past week I have learned things that virtually
nullify major components of the articles I have written
thus far about who may in fact be directly responsible
for the death of Michael Jackson. I've encountered
shockers that rocked my foundations. This resulted in
an abrupt, unceremonious paradigm shift. Here's the
first shocker: It may not be Dr. Conrad Murray who had
anything to do with Michael's death. Process that.
Now, I know you need time to recover from this reality,
but, here comes the next shocker: AEG and Dr. Tohme Tohme
may not be silent culprits in Michael's death. Oh, I have
it on good authority that they drove him relentlessly.
Some say they even mistreated him so as to get a major payday.
But, kill the King of Pop (really, the King Of All Music!)?
Not likely, based on new information I've been made privy to,
but am not at liberty to share at this time. Anyway you look
at it you come to the stark realization that there are more
plot twists in this entire ordeal than in an Agatha
Christie novel.
I've asked myself how I could be so wrong on these points.
The information I received was from highly reputable sources.
It was solid. I'm in the loop. Oh yes, the information was
confusing and even conflicting at times. Let me illustrate:
The stock in a multibillion dollar company has suddenly
and unexpectedly suffered a dramatic devaluation.
An emergency board of directors meeting is called
by the CEO.Both senior vice-presidents cut short
their vacations and fly in right away. The meeting
lasts five grueling hours. Because of your position
as editor for the company paper you have access to
both senior vice-presidents. One gives you the scoop
as to what happened in the meeting. You go with that
and publish it in the company's paper. The next day,
the other senior vice-president gives you conflicting
information. So, you go with that in the next issue.
A week later, the CEO gives you yet a third version
of what transpired in the meeting. Though reluctant,
you submit an article based on his take to the paper.
Finally, the shareholders themselves send you their version,
and it doesn't jibe with any of the three previous ones!
Why were all the versions different? New facts arouse,
even though it was determined at the time that all the
facts were in. These altered previously held conclusions
thought to be fixed in stone. This scenario is not at
all too dissimilar from what is going on in Michael
Jackson's death investigation.
This is why it's taking the police so long!
To put this entire matter in perspective, the spine
tinglingintrigue surrounding the death investigation
of the Gloved One rivals the bold brazen assassination
of President John F. Kennedy 46 years ago. That happened
in broad daylight while the entire world watched!
Now, compare that with the death of Michael Jackson,
who died in the secluded confines of a bedroom, completely
out of the sight of earth's population of nearly seven billion
people. I'm not exaggerating when I say the deeper you
dig in this whole mess, the more convoluted the details become.
The closer you look at the puzzle, the more confused you become.
And then there are the details you wish you had not uncovered,
which brings me to my next point.
Other factors come into play that are so often left unconsidered.
For example, what if the complete truth is something most of us
really can't handle? What if the truth isn't and wasn't meant
for public consumption? Don't get me wrong. I'll always speak
truth as I understand it. Don't conclude, though, that I'll tell
all truths. And, yes, certain truths aren't, in fact, meant to be
told. For example, it may be true that my daughter is experiencing
her monthly cycle, but that's probably not something I'm likely to
alert the world to. Still, you shouldn't conclude from this that I'll
ever withhold greater truths as these present a more accurate picture
of matters. This will especially be the case if the presentation of
said truths readily shapes a distressingly distorted representation
of the "facts."
The bottom line is this:
Some things are better left unsaid.
Some efforts better left abandoned.
Some mysteries better left unsolved.
Even with having said all this,
there may well be explosive,
even monumental developments on the horizon.
The message I'll leave you with is this,
Michael Jackson was one of the most loving,
generous souls to ever enter our consciousness.
He was a beautiful man. And, without a doubt,
he deserved far better than what he got.
That's the tragedy of it all.
But, not to worry, God sees all.
Any wrong done will be righted in God's own inimitable way.
And as for Michael's magnanimous actions, well, he can now
rest from all his labors of love. And we can rest assured
that he will be rewarded for all the wonderful works he has done.
(Rev. 14:13) Peace and blessings. Amen.

LETTER FROM MICHAEL JACKSON TO JOHN BRANCA TERMINATING HIS SERVICES
MR. OXMAN'S FILING NOV 9th
THIS LETTER WAS INCLUDED
IN THE FILING.
FILING: NOV 9,2009
DATE OF HEARING: NOV, 10, 2009 8:30am
SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
PLACE: DEPT 5
JUDGE: HON. MITCHELL L.BECKHOFF
Joseph Jackson's objection to Appoinment
of John Branca and John McClain as Executors
of The Estate of Michael Jackson.
RE: DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICES
February, __ 2003
This is one of the pages of the 71 page filing.
Friday, November 13, 2009
CONNECTING THE DOTS: THE WILL, JOHN BRANCA AND MOTTOLA
on February 3, 2003. Michael Jackson terminated
John Branca as his attorney on February 3, 2003,
in a written termination letter. (Exhibit “A”).
Michael Jackson instructed Branca in writing to
resign from all positions he had in Michael
Jackson’s personal and business life . Branca
failed to follow Michael Ja ckson’s instructions,
but still remains obligated to comply with those
instructions and resign as Executor.
“On February 3, 2003, Michael Jackson instructed Branca
to turn over to his new attorneys all records, files,
and papers dealing with his personal and business life.
While Branca turned over his other files, Branca secretly
refused to turn over the purported July 7, 2002, Will,
and March 2002, Trust. In violation of his fiduciary duties,
Branca concealed the Will and concealed his refusal to
resign as Executor. Branca’s concealment of the Will and
failure to resign continued for many years despite Michael
Jackson’s numerous demands Branca turn over all documents
and resign from all positions. Branca’s conduct is an ethical
violation this Court should not permit.
“Michael Jackson Terminated John Branca because of Embezzlement.
In 2003, Michael Jackson launched an investigation into Branca’s
embezzlement activities regarding Michel Jackson’s money.
The investigators, the firm of Interfor in New York,
reported in February, March, and with a final report on
April 15, 2003, there was an improper relationship between
Tommy Mattola and John Branca whereby Branca and Matolla
were illegally funneling Michael Jackson’s money to off-shore
accounts in the Caribbean. (Exhibit “B”).
The Interfor Report caused Michael Jackson great anger,
and Michael Jackson demanded Branca never have anything
to do with him, his business, his family, or his personal
life again. Michael Jackson terminated John Branca because
of his belief that Branca had committed crimes against him.
Branca never accounted to Michael Jackson regarding his conduct,
nor disclosed his books and records to Michael Jackson.
“Whether it was true or false that Branca had embezzled money
[from] Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson’s belief that it
occurred was the basis for Branca’s termination, and Branca
never complied with Michael Jackson’s demands he account and resign.
A conflicts [sic] of interest exists between John Branca
and the Estate of Michael Jackson. It would be grossly
negligent for any Executor of the Estate of Michael
Jackson to ignore the investigator’s report concerning Branca.
However, Branca has undertaken no investigation of his
own financial transactions with Michael Jackson,
nor will he do so because of his conflicts of interest.
He has willfully concealed from this Court the reasons
for his termination, and he has willfully concealed form
the Court Michael Jackson’s belief that Branca’s embezzled money….
“Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002.
On July 7, 2002, Michael Jackson was in New York City,
and he was not in Los Angeles at 5:00 p.m. to sign the
purported Will as the Will recites. Branca and McClain
have concealed form this Court the material fact that
Michael Jackson did not sign the purported July 7, 2002,
Will as they have claimed repeatedly under penalty of perjury.
Their concealment of this information [from] the Court
is a fraud on the Court and disqualifies them form being
Executors of the Estate […] McClain had a duty to inform
the Court Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002.
They concealed that fact from this Court.
Branca and McClain have violated their fiduciary
duties by testifying under penalty of perjury
on at least seventeen (17) times the purported
July 7, 2002, Will was correct.”

along with all the compelling evidence as to its veracity.
He didn’t consider it at all;
apparently not even giving it a second thought.

Oxman filed a petition Monday afternoon listing 11 grounds
for Branca and McClain's dismissal as executors. In addition to
the issue of where the will was signed, Oxman said Branca had
several conflicts of interest concerning his involvement with
overseeing the partnership between Jackson and Sony to own
music catalogues. The petition also contends that Branca was
fired as Jackson's lawyer in 2003, but failed to resign as an
executor to the estate as he was ordered.

THE WILL AND JOHN BRANCA (REPOST)
THE WILL
According to records the alleged will was executed
the 7th of July, 2002 at 5:00PM in Los Angeles, California.
Three (3) Parties that were there that day to witness the
signing of Michael Joseph Jackson and his will:
Witnesses:
John G. Branca Entertainment Attorney
John McClain Music Executive
Barry Seigel CPA (Aug 26, 2003 resigned his duty as
Trustee/Co Executor)
Trudy Green
Is there evidence that Michael Jackson’s Final Will
Could be Invalid? Was the will improperly signed, the will
makes the witnesses both Executor's and Trustee's. The
California Probate Code allows anyone to witness a will, but
is an interested party witness it two disinterested parties
have to also witness it, or it will be consider writing under
duress among other this unless the devise or plan was made
solely a fiduciary purpose as in one, but the will named them
both Executors and trustees. There is a difference between
an executor and a trustee. This is a matter for the interpretation
of the court. An executor is listed on a will and the trustee is
listed in the trust. With Barry Seigels' resignation the only two
witness' and co-executor's left are John Branca and John McClain.
Branca was the lawyer who arranged for Jackson to make
the smartest business move of his career, purchasing The
Beatles’publishing catalog in 1985. He was also instrumental
in facilitating the merger of ATV (Jackson’s company) with Sony,
creating one of the world’s largest independent music publishers.
Jackson abruptly left Branca in 1990 when record company mogul
David Geffen convinced him that Branca exerted too much control
over him. Jackson re-hired him three years later, and served as
one of Jackson’s representatives on the Board of Sony/ATV.
In 2006, Branca resigned as Jackson’s lawyer and apparently
sold back his equity interest in Sony/ATV.
Two weeks before Michael Jackson's passing, Jackson rehired Branca.
Have we seen the papers that prove Michael hired him at this time?
The above picture is of Howard Weitzman and John Branca. Weitzman
is legally representing Branca and McClain on the Estate of Michael
Jackson. Weitzman represented Courtney Love in the Cobain Estate.
Ask Courtney Love about Weitzman and the Cobain Estate.
KEEP IN MIND BRANCA LEFT FROM WORKING WITH MICHAEL
JACKSON IN 2006 later to be rehired by Michael Jackson
not even 2 weeks prior to his death. I guess well see what happens
tomorrow Katherine Jackson is headed to the courts to get Branca
removed. TMZ reporting Attorney Brian Oxman -- the lawyer who pops
up from time to time in the Jackson saga ,says he has a document
proving Jackson fired Branca.
WAS THE WILL FORGED?? WAS IT SIGNED UNDER DURESS.

KING: OK. Other things on a different nature --
and I'll get back to this. You've never really
said yes or no on fatherhood, those two...
KLEIN: That's not something I'll ever answer,
because you know what, it -- it was buried
with Michael. And that's not a question that
I can ever answer, nor will I ever answer so...
KING: So you won't say no? KLEIN: I won't answer it.
Later...
KING: Since you're not the father --
or you won't say whether you're the
father or not, what do you care?
KLEIN: Because I care about the welfare
of children.
(CLOSING SEGMENT)
KING: One other quick thing.
Have you gotten over the death yet?
KLEIN: I don't think I ever will be over the death.
I mean have you ever lost your father or
your brother or anything like that?
KING: I sure have. KLEIN: I have. KING: You never get
KLEIN: You're never quite the same.
I will never be the same, because we lost the
most talented man of our age. Like when Danny Kaye died...
KING: Yes. KLEIN: I lost him and I still remember him well.
KING: Dr. Arnold Klein, Garo Ghazarian and Richard Charnley,
we'll be calling on you again. Thanks. KLEIN: Thanks, Larry.
CHARNLEY: Thank you very much.
GHAZARIAN: Thank you.
