Tim Lopez apparently did and shipped
hi quantities to Murray according to his testimony
back at prelimenary hearing which I actually was
able to see him testify at.

Now in a bizarre twist key witness against
Michael Jackson's doctor is missing.

Prosecutors want to use the previous testimony
of Tim Lopez, given at Murray's Prelim.
Last we heard about the Michael Jackson murder
trial, Dr. Conrad Murray's delay tactics had failed,
and jury selection was scheduled to begin last Thursday.

We had also heard that Murray would take the stand
in the trial alone because an LA judge ruled that
MJ's other doctor Arnold Klein "could not be called
to testify." but instead Dr. Klein just keeps tweeting

Now, in a bizarre turn, prosecutors are
claiming that key witness Tim Lopez has "upped
and moved to Thailand" and is nowhere to be found!
They have till monday to try and locate him.
