It was parked off Wilshire. Same license plate same # in back

production after Federal authorities pulled off a successful

roundup and arrest of over 100 top New York and New Jersey

“mobsters ” on Thursday, according to a Wall Street Journal story.

RIAA president, Carry Sherman told AP, “Since 75% of all funding

for new acts is the result of gangsters laundering money to keep

their tone-deaf girlfriends confined in a studio– where they can

always find them.

We feel that there is no real need to pretend any longer.

The money is gone.”

Candace Stewart, manager of East West, a prestigious recording

facility in Los Angeles told Moses Supposes this morning,

“We had cancellations today. The only people who showed up

for sessions were the union musicians.”After tumbling CD sales

and torrential attacks by ISPs on music business revenues,

labels have slashed budgets for recordings and now with this

new development, many studios have decided to just close

their doors.

Meanwhile, in other news CEOs of several major labels voted

to give themselves a pay increase after they were successful

in cutting label costs last year– by firing half their staff.

It must have been put up late last night.

The stencil sits immediately over the cover to the vent

that goes down into the tunnel beneath Carolwood.

It's even been given its own address:

100 1/2 Carolwood.

As we continue to witness the "Greatest Show on Earth"

"THE ILLUSION" TALK OF PRELIM TRIAL OUTSIDE THE COURTS

We were there waiting for Michael at the rehearsal.
The night before he had said, "I'll see you tomorrow,
and I love you all."

He was very happy.
We were rehearsing a big moment of the show that Michael was really excited about: an illusion we had designed together with one of David Copperfield's illusion builders.

It was a big day for us. We had two incredible rehearsals the night before where Michael had stepped it up. There was a whole new energy in the room.

"The day that Michael died, we were waiting for him to come
in to block him into 'Dirty Diana,' which was at the end of
'Dirty Diana' he stepped into an illusion and before your eyes
went up in smoke and then suddenly appeared completely on the
other side of the stage rising up on the cherry picker and out
over to the audience for 'Beat It.'

He was really looking forward to it. The night before,
he had said to me he was very happy.

He saw the dream coming to light on the stage.
The only thing he wanted me to say to anybody creatively,
dancers, creative team was, 'I love them.

Everybody’s doing a great job.
I love you, Kenny.

I’ll see you tomorrow. Thank you.'"

"He left, and we were invigorated. We came back that next
day and we were all up on the stage really excited working
with our illusion makers, working with our technicians.
We had our aerialist, Danielle, on the stage and Tony Testa
- one of our associate choreographers - was standing in for Michael.
It was just like we were getting everything ready for him to walk
in and step into what was going to be one of his favorite days
because he loved illusion.

When we discovered that, in fact, everything stopped."

We all have questions as to what really happened to Michael Jackson
The sudden dissapearing of Michael came like a thief in the night.
One of the last things that Michael said to Randy Phillips
"Thank you for getting me this far, I can take it from here"
IT HAPPENED JUST LIKE THAT... AND HE WAS GONE

Is he really gone or has he just left our sight?
Did he really go without saying Goodbye??

Reports that Michael Jackson’s autopsy results have been leaked
are false, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.
Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner, said details reported in the UK
Sun about Jackson’s condition did not come from either of the two
autopsies performed on the King of Pop.

“I don’t know where that information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false,”
Winters told reporters.

ITS ALL SUCH A MYSTERY.. MICHAEL JACKSON

Is MICHAELJACKSON going up against a sytem that day after day gets fed to us, "to believe what we are told" be it by the media.. newspapers; our society that surrounds us?

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MICHAEL JACKSON

It's now 4th day of Testimony
Richard Senneff is being called back
to complete his testimony from yesterday.

At this point nothing seems to be
adding up, but one thing is for certain
A patient died that day June 25th.

One thing that is certain there's some question
as to who that patient is/Was...

According to Richard Senneff he did not recogize
the patient to be Michael Jackson

We were told the name of the patient. i'm not sure
who said it. Someone mentioned that it was Michael Jackson.

We were told the name of the patient. i'm not sure
who said it. Someone mentioned that it was Michael Jackson

Nobody was insisting we do something because of who this was.

While i was working on the patient Murray said I think
i have found a pulse His hand was in on the groin area.
Downstairs by the ambulance there was a significant number
of people tourbus was out there its a circus out there

I left the room before Murray could get down the stairs.
We were putting the gearney into the back of the ambulance

While im working on the patient Murray said i think
i have found a pulse

When backing out of the residence "Sennoff declared

"It's a circus out there"

Lewis is Michael Amir's brother and Issac Mohammed
All w/ Nation of Islam.


June 24th between 6-7pm that evening we left for Staples
Michael Jackson, Faheed Muhommed, and myself drove
together Michael Jackson was sitting in the back

Jackson was in great spirits Rehersals went past midnight that night .
We drove straight home from Staples

When we got to the front gates fans outside the gates Dr. Murrays car was there didn't see Dr. Murray that night


June 25th was to come back on duty. I recieved phone call at 12:13pm
from Murray, Murray had called me ,I need help i had missed his
call was in the shower. It was a voice message Murray was Frantic.
i called Alberto, he was in the trailer, i told him go to the front
911 at this point had not been called

Walk to the front door, walk faster...something has happened

I was driving straight to Carolwood, walked past ambulance
when i arrived I went to find Michael's Children to get them
all in one vehicle To see how they were.

At this point Murray was coming down the stairs

Walgreen went onto question Amir Williams
How was the deamenor of the children?

They didn't know what was going on so it wasn't too bad...

UCLA 10 mins after we got there Dr. Murray walks out
He's Dead. he said.


Dr. Murray then approaches me in the hallway ,
we were both crying He said Mr. Jackson has some creme in his
room that he would want Can you go back to the house and get
the creme? I answered Dr. Murray, the police have our keys we can't
get back into the house At that point, We had our keys but told
him that to have him not ask again.

Murray then approached me a 2nd time
and told him he was hungry could I take him to get something to eat?
I told Faheem if Murray asked him about the creme tell him the cops took our keys we cant get into the house.

The police had not sealed the house off.
At that point we locked the house down no further instructions
Murray was gone, he had taken off.

Things seemed to have gotten very weird the last month
time leading up to June 25th .

June 25th 1am we arrived back to the Carolwood house
after coming from Staples. Upon arriving at the gates of Carolwoodwe recieved gifts from the fans I then left 12 noon and went to the bank,
Gave no explanation why he left to go to bank)
while out I received call from Michael Amir i
then turned around and drove back to property
First thing i did was call Alberto Alvarez
he was in the room pacing back n forth the
opposite side of the bed Dr. Murray was on
his knees.Mr. Jackson laying on the bed with
his mouth opened He didn't appear alive, Murray
then asked if anyone knew CPR??

I looked at Alberto and we both were in shock as to
why he wouldask such a question, He seemed to be using
only one hand on CPRAlberto then started to assist
Dr. Murray in CPR

do you remember calling Michael Amir when paramedics
arrived at the house ?

Paramedics arrived they transported Michael out
of the room Larry and Bruce were told not to go
into house dont let anyone go in there

a machine I remember a machine being brought up.

Upon arriving at UCLA Were you aware they had
pronounced MJ dead?and at the same time There were police
officers back at Carolwood

there was no security after MJ had died

First witness called Kenny Ortega
Upon being sworn in the Judge Pastor
told Ortega, sit back relax.

Ortega talks about first meeting jackson

MJ asked him to co direct "This is it "...
Wanting to do something, It was the right time
Decision began April 2009 to bring in Ortega
His position would be to Co-Create, Co-Direct
Michael felt this is a good time to perform again
He wanted to do the shows for the fans

June 2009 Preparing for one of the most important tours
"This is it" Rehersals in Burbank transferred to Forum
then onto Staples

JUNE 19th An incident happened can you tell us about that?
MJ didn't appear well at all . He was chilled soft spoken had concerns
Ortega goes on to testify, " It was scary" He appeared lost.
He then said to Michael, "do you feel this is the best place for
you to be ?? michael then said to him , Would it be ok if i go home??

June 20th, Sat 2009 Meeting is called at the Carolwood
Home of Michael Jackson Kenny Ortega was called in that
morning to attend.

Present at the meeting Frank Dileo, Dr. Conrad Murray,
Randy Phillips and Michael. Ortega went onto say he felt that
Dr. Murray was upset with him. Murray went off on Ortega
telling him it wasnt your responsibility to send Michael home
Michael leaving was Michael Choice," Focus on directing the
show don't get involved with telling or consulting MJ regarding
his health

Rehersals resumed June 23 Michael was in great form Fantastic Day both June 23 and June 24th.

One of the last things Ortega elaborated while on the stand Kenny asked Michael if he was happy Michael went onto to tell Ortega" im very happy" The illusion is coming in tomorrow

He was really looking forward to it. The night before, he had said to me he was very happy. He saw the dream coming to light on the stage. The only thing he wanted me to say to anybody creatively, dancers, creative team was, 'I love them. Everybody’s doing a great job.

I love you, Kenny. I’ll see you tomorrow. Thank you.'".

And with that Ortegas testimony ended.
