DAY 1 TESTIMONY OF KENNY ORTEGA

First witness called Kenny Ortega
Upon being sworn in the Judge Pastor
told Ortega, sit back relax.
Ortega talks about first meeting jackson
1991 Ortega Met MJ
MJ asked him to co direct "This is it "...
Wanting to do something, It was the right time
Decision began April 2009 to bring in Ortega
His position would be to Co-Create, Co-Direct
Michael felt this is a good time to perform again
He wanted to do the shows for the fans
June 2009 Preparing for one of the most important tours
"This is it" Rehersals in Burbank transferred to Forum
then onto Staples
JUNE 19th An incident happened can you tell us about that?
MJ didn't appear well at all . He was chilled soft spoken had concerns
Ortega goes on to testify, " It was scary" He appeared lost.
He then said to Michael, "do you feel this is the best place for
you to be ?? michael then said to him , Would it be ok if i go home??
June 20th, Sat 2009 Meeting is called at the Carolwood
Home of Michael Jackson Kenny Ortega was called in that
morning to attend.
Present at the meeting Frank Dileo, Dr. Conrad Murray,
Randy Phillips and Michael. Ortega went onto say he felt that
Dr. Murray was upset with him. Murray went off on Ortega
telling him it wasnt your responsibility to send Michael home
Michael leaving was Michael Choice," Focus on directing the
show don't get involved with telling or consulting MJ regarding
his health
Rehersals resumed June 23 Michael was in great form Fantastic Day both June 23 and June 24th.
One of the last things Ortega elaborated while on the stand Kenny asked Michael if he was happy Michael went onto to tell Ortega" im very happy" The illusion is coming in tomorrow
He was really looking forward to it. The night before, he had said to me he was very happy. He saw the dream coming to light on the stage. The only thing he wanted me to say to anybody creatively, dancers, creative team was, 'I love them. Everybody’s doing a great job.
I love you, Kenny. I’ll see you tomorrow. Thank you.'".
And with that Ortegas testimony ended.

Twiggy ... I tried to find the name of the Judge Michael Pastor of the preliminary hearing. I have not found anyone who matches. The only judge I have found is in New York and is clearly another person. Twiggy you think it's a real judge in court?
