Almost a year upon shooting a video in Hollywood with Tristan when we ran into a someone special on Hollywood Blvd. The picture of him with the green shirt is seen below and the original footage we shot as we got video.

They look like the same guy to me. Ironic the guy would be wearing the same shirt glasses and hat that he was wearing that day.

This picture was taken Dec 14, 2010 when Tristan Yatta and I were walking on Hollywood Blvd at the Chinese Mann Theatre we came across which seems to be the same gentleman in the video(s) above. (I originally stated this picture was from this year my mistake it was last year when Tristan was here in LA)
He appears to have the same shirt hat and glasses on. Funny when we walked by him we turned and glanced took at second look and as we went to take the picture he put his finger up to his mouth, as if to say "do not utter a word". don't say a word.

On a cold windy eve of Nov 30, 2011 The X FACTOR did a tribute to the King Of Pop "Michael Jackson" being that it was the 29 year anniversary of the release of "Thriller".
Michael's Children Paris, Prince and Blanket along with his mother Katherine, Jackie, Tito and Marlin were all in attendance.
So... the Hatman, sitting directly next to John Branca who was sitting behind Katherine Jackson.
The End of the evening, the last song performed was Earth song and it was then they showed a clear shot of Hatman, Blanket turned and looked.

A very close friend toured Michael Jackson's rented mansion with the intention to make a offer on the $38 million dollar home". I asked him to take pictures for me so I could get a better sense of the home in which Michael Jackson would breathe his last breath. I was surprised to see that vestiges of Michael Jackson and his children remain in the house, untouched.
Upon seeing Michael Jackson's handwritten affirmations on his bedroom mirror and reading his children's message to him on a chalkboard in the kitchen, I was moved beyond words. I could no longer just write these articles as one who is not emotionally affected by this trial.
This is it for the Michael Jackson trial. The evidence is no longer being seen by the public on national television or watched live on countless websites, it is locked in the jury room, with the jurors who will decide the fate of Dr. Conrad Murray.
It's been a six week trial, wherein the prosecution laid out their case over a five week period. The defense used only one week to present evidence in an attempt to prove the innocence of Dr. Conrad Murray.
In total, 49 witnesses took the stand.
To my surprise, the defense's strongest evidence presented was in the form of character witnesses.
CHARACTER WITNESSES
The tour had the potential to erase Michael's estimated $400 million debt and make him very rich again. At the time of his death, AEG was paying for everything in his life including his rented Los Angeles mansion, his personal chef, his entire staff, as well as, the huge production expenses of This Is It.
Phillips testified that Michael would have to reimburse AEG $30 millions dollars for personal living expenses, but this was not a real concern for the contracted parties due to the sold-out status of the tour.
In fact, Mr. Phillips had a very intimate conversation with Michael wherein Michael cried. Phillips said, "The primary reason was that he wanted to finally settle down and get a really, really good home for the kids and his family so they weren't in his words living like vagabonds."

Judge Pastor: There was a typo in the date of the "ALLEGED" incident..it was written: June 9th instead of June 25th!!!
( I believe that is why the verdict got moved from being read Friday to Today Nov. 7th. ) one of the reasons.
I would say this is a pretty big deal.
The alleged incident that involved the alleged victim.

I must warn you first about this image. It is something I had and am having a hard time with ... My question is why would this autopsy photo be allowed in public view in the first place. Such disrespect for Michael Jackson and his family.
I was sent the above(top)picture yesterday via Jane. She was the one who did the negative. It went from her to me to twitter very quickly. This is the autopsy photo( as a NEGATIVE) apparently of Michael Jackson that was shown in the courts earlier this week. Jane told me she sharpened the image and produced "a negative image" then adjusted the balance. This is what appeared upon doing that.
I don't know whats going on here but It appears the original photo has been tampered with.
I cannot confirm that this is the body of Michael Jackson. I believe it to be fake, as the ambulance photo below

She was there that morning.
She was there and was a eye witness to the ambulance going into the gates, and a tall security guard seen leaving with a bag in hand.
Minutes later the Ambulance would then leave Carolwood, head up Sunset to UCLA. She followed the Ambulance.
Upon arriving at UCLA she jumped out of a moving Car ran over to the hospitol doors where they would then take out the gurney that had the body on it.
She phoned Joe Jackson to let him know what was taking place there.
Her Testimony is that it was not the body of Michael Jackson that they rolled out on the gurney into UCLA.

The painting jumps out nestled in between the two, deliberate placement of non other then a self portrait of Van Gogh's ear Bandaged Painted in 1889.

German art historians say the true version of events never surfaced as the two men both kept a "pact of silence" –

In Van Gogh's Ear: Paul Gauguin and the Pact of Silence, Hans Kaufmann and Rita Wildegans claim it was the sword attack, not Van Gogh's madness, that led him to commit suicide two years later.

Van Gogh chose to paint this portrait after a terrible episode: he sliced the ear of a razor and has represented some time after the tragedy, just returned home in the state or he was, the ear protected by a bandage held in place by a bandage.
A friendship that was so binding one would give his life for the other and protect his word over the others interest.
Paul Gaugin gave him a gift, a painting of Van Gogh Painting Sunflowers during his time in the Yellow House there with Vincent Van Gogh.
Throughout the summer and into the early autumn, Gauguin and van Gogh exchanged letters, sharing their ideas and descriptions of their current work. Van Gogh hoped his first guest would be Paul Gauguin at the Yellow house.
But, as Gauguin delayed his visit, van Gogh’s anxiety rose. By the end of October, when Gauguin finally arrived in Arles, van Gogh was overwrought with anticipation.
In his letters to Theo, van Gogh described his struggle to incorporate Gauguin's suggestions into his method. Gauguin was more blunt, writing to their mutual friend Bernard that Arles fell short of his expectations, and that he and van Gogh did not see eye to eye.
In December, Gauguin painted a portrait of van Gogh painting a sunflower bouquet, reflecting his sympathy with van Gogh’s endeavors, but whenever he raised the topic of departure, van Gogh would become agitated.
According to Gauguin's account, on the evening of December 23, 1888, van Gogh confronted him with a razor,demanding to know if he intended to leave Arles. Gauguin's confirmation further upset van Gogh, who turned and fled.
Disturbed by his companion's irrational behavior, Gauguin spent the night in a hotel. The following morning when Gauguin returned to the Yellow House, he was shocked to find it spattered with blood. Taken into custody by the police for interrogation, he discovered that van Gogh had returned home after their confrontation and mutilated his left ear. Bleeding profusely, he went to a brothel and was then taken to a hospital.
Upon release from the authorities, Gauguin telegraphed Theo, who arrived on the next morning's train.
Convinced that his brother's condition was stable, Theo took the night train back to Paris. Gauguin rode with him, and van Gogh never saw him again.
That's what history has told us and what we have come to know. but is there another side to this story that is now surfacing bringing out the truth of what really happened that dark day between two friends and there secret who forever will hold a pact of Silence.
Is it going to come down to a Key Witness Walking in those doors to prove, "Michael Jackson is not dead." Could that happen?

With the opening statements of the Conrad Murray Trial less then one week away,it appears by the motions in the courtoom and the means of arguments seen unfolding in the courtroom, surprises are an every day occurance.

Pharmacist Tim Lopez testified at Dr. Conrad Murray's preliminary hearing in January that he shipped more than 15 liters of the surgical anesthetic propofol to the apartment of Murray's girlfriend over the three months before Jackson's death.
The Los Angeles County coroner ruled that Jackson died on June 25, 2009, as the result of an overdose of propofol combined with other drugs.
Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the court last week that it is believed Lopez, the owner of a wholesale pharmacy in Las Vegas, has moved to Thailand.

A hearing had been set for Monday (Sept 19th) so Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor could decide if prosecutors could rely on the transcript of his previous testimony. The resolution of that and several other issues made for a short hearing.
The defense announced it was dropping from its witness list a Texas medical examiner who toured the Los Angeles county coroner's lab.
Prosecutors had objected to his testimony, calling it irrelevant.
Pastor delayed consideration of the prosecution's request to exclude the testimony of Jackson's makeup artist. The defense wants Karen Faye to repeat statements given in interviews about what she described as Jackson's ill health in the weeks before his death, as he was rehearsing for his comeback concerts.
It can only help the defense.

Prosecutors want to use the previous testimony of Tim Lopez, given at Murray's Prelim. Last we heard about the Michael Jackson murder trial, Dr. Conrad Murray's delay tactics had failed, and jury selection was scheduled to begin last Thursday.

The owner of the home where Michael Jackson died is suing a woman who is selling maps to movie stars' homes .. just feet from the MJ house. Linda Welton has become semi-famous for anyone who drives on Sunset Blvd. in the fancy area where MJ rented the house.
She's done a booming business since Michael died, in no small part because she's selling the maps in plain view of the MJ home.
In the lawsuit ... obtained by TMZ ... the owners of the now-infamous 100 North Carolwood Drive claims they can't sell the house because "Potential buyers are bothered upon approach by the quite visible and annoying constant illegal stopping and/or parking of cars in front of the home on what otherwise would be a quiet residential street."

In the first day of Jury selection Murray was brought before a group of 160 potential jurors and introduced by Judge Pastor.
Judge Michael Pastor told prospective jurors that he
had the option to have the panel sequestered throughout, but he has faith" in the jurors by not doing so.
Instead, the jury will be bused to the court from a secret undisclosed location each morning, and escorted away every night. They will not leave in between. There will be no influence from the outside. All court records will be sealed.
Outside court, Willie L Hampton a supporter for Murray carrying a sign reading:
"I support Dr. Conrad Murray, an innocent man who must be exonerated."
Willie L. Hampton was a friend of Murray's of three decades, I worked with the man, and Murray knows i'm here today in support of him.

In an 11th hour appeal, lawyers for Michael
Jackson's doctor sought to delay the trial ...
arguing they would be "poisoned" by publicity
unless they were kept isolated.
On Friday, lawyers for Murray filed an emergency
petition asking for the trial to be delayed.
Conrad Murray, is urging a judge to delay his
upcoming trial so that lawyers can revisit the
issue of sequestering the jury.
A Los Angeles County judge denied Murray's
lawyer's request to have the jury sequestered
during a hearing in August.
The attorneys are requesting that the trial
be delayed until the issue of jury sequestration
is decided by an appeals court.
In the 28-page petition, the attorneys questioned
a recent ruling by Los Angeles County Superior Court
Judge Michael E.Pastor, saying he did not fully
realize the amount of media attention the trial
was going to get.
Opening statements are set for September 27.
Murray's attorneys, Nareg Gourjian and Edward Chernoff,
had contended, in court papers, that ,
"there is reasonable expectation that Dr. Murray's trial
will be the most publicized in history."

Omer Bhatti says he moved to Neverland Ranch in 1996

LA Weekly was the first to visit the (until now)
top-secret Santa Monica Airport hangar that Jackson
used as his studio and art storehouse. The collection is
currently owned by Brett-Livingstone Strong, the
Australian monument builder and Jackson's art mentor
through the years, in conjunction with the Jackson estate.
Though the entire art collection has been mired in
disputes and battles for rights, Strong claims that
he is working with everybody -- the family, the estate,
as well as others -- to exhibit and publish as much of Jackson's work as possible.
Strong's own description of Jackson at work, during
the time where they shared a studio in a house in
Pacific Palisades, Strong adds:
He was in a very light and happy mood most of the time.
He would have the oldies on, and sometimes he'd hear
some of his Jackson Five songs. He'd kind of move along
to that, but most of the time he would change it and
listen to a variety of songs. He liked classical music.
His inspiration to create was that he loved life, and
wanted to express his love of life in some of these simple
compositions.

Music industry executive Frank Dileo, who managed
Michael Jackson's career in the 1980s and returned as
his manager in the superstar's final days, died Wednesday.
He was 63.
Publicist Karen Sundell said Dileo died in the morning.
The cause of death was not immediately available,
but he had recently experienced complications
following heart surgery.
The short, portly Dileo was a colorful figure in the
entertainment industry and had movie roles as an actor,
notably portraying a gangster in Martin Scorsese's
"Goodfellas."
A native of Pittsburgh, Dileo began his career in
the music industry working as a promoter for CBS
subsidiary Epic Records. He signed so many stars
that he was credited with catapulting the small
company to the No. 2 label in the country.
Jackson was at CBS Records at the time and together
they worked on the phenomenally successful "Thriller"
album.In his book "Moonwalk," Jackson credited Dileo
as one of the people "responsible for turning my dream
for `Thriller' into a reality."
Jackson wrote that Dileo's "brilliant understanding
of the recording industry proved invaluable" and
described how Dileo decided to release "Beat It"
as a single while "Billie Jean" was still the No. 1
song in the country.

In 1984, with "Thriller" soaring, Jackson recruited
Dileo toleave Epic and manage his career. Dileo accepted
and presided over one of the most productive periods
for Jackson.
He executive-produced the full-length Jackson movie,
"Moonwalker." He also wrote, produced and negotiated
a series of lucrative Pepsi commercials for Jackson.
And he managed two of Jackson's concert tours --
the Victory Tour with other members of the Jackson
family and the Bad World Tour, Jackson's first solo
excursion which became the largest grossing concert
tour of all time.
After five years together, Dileo and Jackson abruptly
ended their business relationship without explanation.
He founded Dileo Entertainment Group in Nashville, Tenn.,
a company focused on launching the careers of young
artists.
In 2005, when Jackson stood trial on child molestation
charges, Dileo returned to his side. He later described
their emotional reunion. After Jackson's acquittal, they
remained in touch and in the summer of 2009, as Jackson
prepared to launch his This is It tour, the singer
asked Dileo to manage him again.
They were working together when Jackson died on June 25, 2009

AEG to launch ticket-selling service in Denver to rival Ticketmaster

Los Angeles-based AEG, owned by Denver billionaire
Phillip Anshultz , plans to start selling tickets online Saturday through the newly created subsidiary Axs Ticketing. AEG officials said the new venture initially will be implemented at its two Denver concert
halls, the Bluebird Theater and the Ogden Theatre.
Both venues currently sell tickets through Ticketmaster.
By the end of 2012, Axs (pronounced "access") will be
installed at AEG's approximately 100 concert and sports
venues worldwide.
Ticketmaster completed a merger in 2010 with
concert promoter Live Nation. Under provisions
of the approval from the U.S. Department of Justice, AEG was allowed to cancel its contracts with
Ticketmaster.
"This is definitely a big blow for Live Nation
and Ticketmaster,"said Don Vaccaro, chief executive
of TicketNetwork, a Connecticut- based online
ticket-exchange firm.
"There have always been complaints about Ticketmaster's
procedures and fees," Vaccaro said. "AEG has a tremendous
amount of credibility in the industry.
This could translate into more contracts (for AEG) to
sell other venues' tickets, and that could lead to
lower prices for consumers."

alleged:
“By the nature of their contractual, joint-venture, and
special relationship, AEG had legal duties to Michael Jackson to treat him safely and to not put him in harms’ way.
But AEG, despite its knowledge of Michael Jackson’s
physical condition, breached those duties by putting its
desire for massive profits from the tour over the health and safety of Michael Jackson.”

Is this Ed Hardy video a clue. MJ and Kids were in Ed Hardy in LA April 27th 2009 (MJ is wearing a mask and green jacket of Dr. Kleins) Just weeks later MJ would be seen at the BH Hotel w/out mask. The meeting at the BH, his Father and Mother as well as Randy Phillips were seen in video footage.
